Do you genuinely believe city have done no wrong and the premier league has made up 115 charges?
Look at it like this, the premier league will lose all it's credibility if city isn't relegated at this point.
There is zero chance they've charged city 115 times with zero evidence that they've broken the rules, so they must have evidence city have cheated.

Doubt any deal will be done between both legal teams when city’s legal team are confident of a positive outcome and then all legal fees repaid to city plus the counter litigation for damages alone will be worth billions in compensation so city’s legal defense team won’t end it with a settlement..
That’s more likely what the premier league will seek for in the end otherwise the organisation will be bankrupt and then what happens !!!

@@Nitinkarkera and yet again here’s another fool who has a complete disregard for the law and what the punishment is when one opts to foolishly self incriminate themselves..
Defamation is illegal and removing or deleting comments which one opts to make and express their opinions is only self incrimination..
I suggest you pray that Man City is found guilty because if not and Man City are exonerated I can promise you that you and every other bigot on social media platforms who's slandered a business or franchise in any way what so ever will be accountable for their actions and as every single comment is stored on social media platforms data bases indefinitely means you're comments are all still stored and attainable by any legal firms lawyers thus will no doubt be summoned for their actions if this verdict goes in Man City's favour.
Third party public hate speech is illegal in any format for which a comment is expressed if it's in any way relating to an upcoming legal case.
I will enlighten you that anyone or anything is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and anyone attempting to tarnish a clubs brand will be prosecuted for their actions such as a simple statement of "115"
No matter if it's in error or in haste this is completely illegal and therefore will certainly face a conviction if this case goes in city’s favour and this can vary depending on each individuals input and nature of the content for the different outcomes which you will discover what that will be when you inevitably have you’re day out in civil court.
Least possible outcome would be a minimum £1000
Fine with a minimum time period set as 40 hours community service and the worse case scenario being a 2 year prison sentence.
Thanks for you're input and be sure to review the final legal hearing in relation to case 17865 The premier league vs Manchester City CFG
      Commencing 15/10/2025 to 17/12/2025

I’m no expert, but I know entertaining football when I see it and I voiced my opinions, but all the youngsters around me said it was pragmatic and data driven football! It’s ironic that nothing is stated about what city could benefit from this only what rival clubs may seek in compensation..
If city is found not guilty then the counter litigation for damages alone will be worth billions to the club which therefore means that city would have unsustainable wealth over all other clubs from PSR regulations which is already hampering all clubs thus the gap from city to the rest only gets bigger each season regardless of Pep being head coach or not and therefore means the premier league really will just become another bundersliga thus tv revenue and royalties then will decrease as a result and will eventually be overtaken by la liga as the best tv right packages which would only be within a few seasons and that then only spells more disaster on clubs that have spent heavily with the planning of tv revenue to budget the expenditure which has been spread over several seasons just on each clubs transfers alone so surely with this in mind and how easily Leicester’s legal defence team found a loop hole to avoid some charges from PSR breaches that it’s not at all impossible city could very well walk away from this Scot free and profiting massively as a result of it all..
Be careful what you all wish for because it may just come back to hit everyone else extremely hard once this debacle has finally concluded !!!

I suggest you look up the law for third party public speech using social media and even deleting comments once opting to post a comment previously does not erase one’s choices as it’s saved indefinitely in the system and is very retrievable for evidence at civil court thus is very illegal and as anyone and everything is innocent until proven guilty means you’re now in contempt and will find a summons for you’re actions..
As I double reviewed the legal ramifications as it’s been a while since my studies about this and isn’t my line of legal employment anymore I had to double check and yep you have just set you’re self up by an action that leads to defamation and it’s penalty in civil court for either slander or libel it states a minimum charge of £1k fine and 40 hours community service or worst case scenario it being a 2 year prison sentence..
As you’re evidently not clued up with law or hold a PHD in law I’d suggest you shut it or face further charges kid..
I’ve already saved the thread and as the upcoming case is likely to go on for a further year or more before a conclusion it will be a while yet but don’t for one iota think that city’s legal defence won’t go after every single bigot on social media who’s chosen to tarnish a clubs brand and the counter litigation for damages alone once this debacle is finally over is likely to bring in billions in compensation for the club Man City and you’re just one tad pole in a huge vast swamp that’s all going to be accountable and be forced to pay compensation for their actions along with a possible jail sentence to boot..

What are the 115 charges against Man City?
    Man City are accused of:
54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18.
14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18.
5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18.
    7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18.
35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023.
The club immediately expressed their "surprise", referring once again to a "comprehensive body of irrefutable evidence that exists in support of its position", and insisting that it would "look forward to this matter being put to rest once and for all".
But the sheer scale and severity of the charges that City are contesting has inevitably focused questions on a decade in which they won the Premier League three times - alongside other trophies.
If the case against them is found proven it will suggest City broke the rules, fast-forwarding the foundations for the domination Pep Guardiola masterminded after his arrival in 2016, culminating in the Treble triumph of 2023, and that it may have cost other clubs titles and trophies they would otherwise have won.
The prospect of guilty verdict would raise various questions; would Guardiola leave, how would Sheikh Mansour respond having invested so much in the club and in the city of Manchester?
How would the UAE - which has faced allegations that City is being used as a sports-washing tool to improve the country's image - handle such a PR disaster?
Would there be an appeal? Would there be calls for titles and trophies to be re-allocated?
Would it dent the immense pride that City fans feel for the outstanding teams the manager has produced?
LOOKS LIKE THE GOT RELEGATED APPARENTLY?,.GUILTY AS FERK?

They've not considered it for a second. You see if you spend 7 years constantly repeating that City are cheats, even after a court case exonerated them, then it's impossible to back down. If City are found not guilty, it won't be evidence that they've not cheated, it'll just be evidence that the rules/Premier League/regulators aren't fit for purpose, or that City have somehow bulldozed their way through the rules with their fancy lawyers. You're already seeing the backtracking in the comments of these videos, after years of claims City are getting relegated, points deductions, titles stripped, etc. Now the trial is starting, rival fans have suddenly become a bit more coy.
