Cabbage also dries up your milk supply. My 10 month old is breastfeeding and I'm ready to stop breastfeeding her plus she co sleep with me and my husband and it's overwhelming because she breastfeeds throughout the night and I'm restless bc of it. I'm ready to stop and get me some rest

I’d love to hear how weaning affected you! Have you noticed any changes in mood/hormones? I’ve heard of weaning depression/anxiety which makes me nervous! I have an 11.5 month old 😊
Good question! If it did effect me it must have been very mild bc I really didn’t notice any changes. My periods have also been regular. I do have anxiety and it didn’t seem to get worse....hopefully you’ll have few to none hormonal changes too! 😊

Thanks for this, I have a 10 month old so mentally preparing to start this process. Have you noticed a difference in her since transition to whole milk? Quicker or slower weight gain?
I haven’t! She is a pretty good eater so she’s stayed pretty consistent on growing and gaining weight 😊
Honestly you were very realistic! I pretty much did what you did on my own and when I listened to your video I was like yayyy this is what I was doing 😂 Except the fact that I did backtrack once😫 Thank you for your tips.
Did you give her fresh cow milk or fomula milk?
Regular cow milk
My son never took a bottle until he was nearly 1 lol he’s still on breast milk at 2 lol I need help and fast lol he goes to nursery and I only work weekends.
