It's not haram to fall in love. It's ok if you still have a crush on this girl. Just control the way you like her. For example, if you liked her, and she likes you back, and she asks you out, at that point you should decline. If you are friends try not to get too close to her.

Well a Christian girl loved me for 1 n half year, i didn't knew she was in love with me until one day she confessed to me and told me what her feelings are/were for me. She said "I love you" i said "if you really love me then accept my religion and i will be yours". She said ill give a thought to it. She didn't messaged me for a week, after a week she messaged me with a voice message and i was crying when i heard it. What she was saying in her voice msg was Qalma Shahada, she accepted Islam for me. At that moment i didn't did anything except for thanking Allah and praying all night and thanking Allah. *Now we are together (engaged) she is my fiance*
I am still thankful.

Dragon Sin Of Wrath ,actually in my case I love a girl and she’s younger than me instead of instagram thing and meeting I directly told her that I love her and in future I will come to your parents for your hand in a halal way but her reply was “please If I don’t know you than how will I marry you before marriage the girl should know and bla bla bla she made fun of me” I felt bad at that moment like broken from inside and then I looked up and said Alhamdulliah well if she’s meant for me I will get her no matter what and Allah knows what’s best ...Ramadan mubarak brother

Yes I have been in love for 4 years and I was (13-17). I didn't care about any of that.... I was just in love blindly… I didn't care if he 'd love me back. We weren't even friends. I was pretty young but I realised how it feels to be in love, which greatly differs from any hormonal feelings… its real. I am grateful that I was in love because now I know what true love is and I will be looking for that feeling again when I am ready… now I know that anything aside from what I had been feeling would be a delusion and nonsense (hormonal).. and I have been crushing over 7 years before that so I know that it was the real deal. But anyways my entire highschool life was trash because of it LOL.

Well I am not teenager but almost 27 now and never dating with men but never had marriage proposal too. I just loved a man 2 years Ago at my last year of master degree but my family refused him for several Reason. I never had feelings for another man except him. This video basically explained about what happened to me. A boy ruined my life, a boy that I thought I was supposed to be with for the rest of my life. I always thought it was going to be like that. And being only 16 I shouldnt have been in a relationship like that, the hurt and pain that i brought to my family. I didnt control myself and its true I have lost self control but I will get it back and i will be able to have a strong relationship with Allah.

Hey, I'm the same here... I am 16 and I really loved a muslim guy in my class... We seemed so bonded and happy together. We made plans about our future together but six months later he broke up with me over a small thing he made look big... He completely ruined me. I couldn't stop crying. I still cry now while I'm writing... 3 months after our break up. He is in my class, he has blocked me on fb and hates me... He pretends that I don't exist. I don't know what I did so wrong so he hates me. He had a so kind soul. But still he hurt me so much. I don't understand. I agree that if your feelings of someone change because they gained weight or changed their hair etc That's not love... But I disagree with his saying that if this happens you weren't in love. You were in love but you didn't love them. Being in love and loving someone is two different things. And everyone regardless of age can love someone. Teenagers can really love just like adults. A classmate of mine liked me so he asked me out. I didn't like his appearance but I was amazed by his character so I started liking him. I went out with him and I fell in love. As months passed by my feelings for him were gradually changing into something stronger. I didn't care about his fat belly because it was warm and it was HIS belly. I didn't care about any off his physical flaws because I loved his soul. The body is just the covering and I accepted it like it is. I was patient with his mistakes. Unfortunately he broke up with me after 6 months... I was torn into pieces. By his behavior I assume that all the affection, care and protection he provided was just because he was in love. Not because he loved me. But unlike him, I still love him deep inside. After all he did too me. Now he does care about me and has blocked me on Facebook. So yeah I can confidentially say that I loved him. I'm 16.

Yeah it's not really love, but what is called "passion".
You basically feel attracted by the other one and that's it. In the movies they depict this feeling as if it was the only rule that matters in life, for the only reason that it is extremely strong.
In Islam, passion is indeed depicted as being very strong, but we're supposed to be just with ourselves and the truth is that if humanity was to let passion drive its fate, it would be chaos in every society.
No. Justice would be to admit that we have responsibilities towards our feelings and that WE must drive them.
Another thing is that passion is a very shallow phenomenon as it is very ephemeral. Usually, relationships which are built upon passion fall apart very quickly in the time scale of a human life (a few months or a few years max).
What is supposed to be love, in Islam, on the other side, is built upon a halal relationship, which makes it noble from the very beginning. Moreover, it is built on admitting our responsibilities and trying our best to fulfill it.
That's why passion is like a thick fog which blinds the people who are stuck in it and which leaves them in a miserable state, as soon as a little wind blows around.
Whereas true noble love is like a tree that is built on constant effort and which gets stronger and stronger as life goes on, if treated well, of course.

I had a crush for my senior for more than a year. But after watching this i realize its a waste of time thinking about someone, stalking him who doesnt even knows me or thinks about me. I realize that love is something precious and it will happen to me as Allahs will. When the time comes you will just know and i think the time would be after the "teen years". The "love" thing we feel during these teen years are just infatuation born out of excitement or admiration.
