I wanted to ask i have my appoitment in this week but i dont know i upload all my documents to CEAC , so there is this "If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, you must upload this to CEAC or bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview" all of that is uploaded do i need to have those documents with me again???

Hello, this is not a legal advice: based on my knowledge, you will file I-824 for your spouse and notify the consulate that you are permanent resident and provide all required documents. Only children under age of 21 can benefit from follow-to-joint application. Thanks

Now in January 2024 my spouse just ups and leaves me and I don’t have a clue what to do today is March 13,2024 and still no word on where my spouse is . I wanted to know if I go back to my country am I allowed back into the USA with my IR1 visa ? And what if my spouse never returns back and I decide after months to remarry what are my options?

I’m being sent back to my country by my father because my husband disappearing act. I do have my ss card and IR1 green card. What are my options if he divorce me?
sir my visa is f43, i am the dependent of my father (his visa class f41) we both got the visa at the moment for about 2 months my dad won't be able to travel to the us can i travel to the us without my dad
Hello, this is not a legal advice: Normally the principal immigrant (beneficiary) must enter the US first before the derivative applicant can enter alone on a later date. I don't think it's possible to enter first since your Dad is the principal beneficiary. I will recommend you to contact the US consulate and explain them the situation maybe there is an exception that i don't know. Thanks
