Hello, this is not a legal advice: If the interview is already scheduled and you want to reschedule it, you have to contact the consulate ASAP and they will tell you what exactly you need to do to reschedule it. Thanks

Ok sorry i misunderstood your message. I never heard that before, because normally the visa applicant can ask to reschedule the appointment if he or she cannot make it, but not the consulate itself. You can contact the consulate for clarification because it has to be a reason why they reschedule it. Thanks
We did dear, but we didn’t get any reply from them, even when we connect nvc they reply us to also connect the USA consulate in Nigeria that the case is no longer with them.

@ofg5595 Hello, you just have to go to the office in charge of Police clearance certificate in your country and every country you live in since you were 16 (if you live there more than 6 months) to get the PCC. Thanks

You don't need any request letter, just go to the place you are from the police station and pay money and get it
