We have been approved yesterday. I had a stack of papers with me about 2 inch thick. They did not even take a quarter of those papers. But just in case we had them. We had bank statements, bills, titles of the cars, property tax papers, beneficiary of the pension, life insurance all with both our names on it. Travel papers of the travels we took. And letters from family and friends which they did not even look at as we had more then enough proof. And a whole lot of pictures, not only from the both of us, but with also family and friends. Overwhelm them with evidence. We sailed through our questions easily as we had been living together for more then 7 years. It was a breeze and we are still truly in love and the officer could see that.

I love your enthusiasm in this video & the video of Is a Fiance or Spousal Visa Better ! I also love that your bilingual & showed empathy for your co -Texas citizens who went through the winter storm.season last year :) My partner & I did speak with an immigration attorney via a paid phone consultation but she was a bit lack luster & short with her answers. Im hoping she is the right attorney & will do right for my partner of almost 4 years to become eligible to move to the USA as we plan to marry this year & then apply for the spousal visa . The .immigration attorney's office is based in Florida & I reside in the North East. Are there draw backs using an attorney from out of state? She is orginally from.the Caribbean country my partner is from & reports to been successful in getting such citizens to the USA, etc

Hi. Thanks for your very informative videos. Question: Do the marriage/divorce/birth certificates need to be translated into English if they're in Spanish? Thanks in advance.

    • @ailyngarnica1852
      @ailyngarnica1852 2 роки тому +4

I am in th eprocess and found this: ¨¨A good photocopy will do. It does not need to be an original.
If the birth certificate is not in English, you will also need to attach a translation behind the birth
certificate. Anybody can do the translation, including a friend or family member. Simply copy
every word of the birth certificate on a plain sheet of paper. Then whoever did the translation
should write the following statement at the bottom of the paper and sign it. It does not need to be
notarized. Note that the image below is for demonstration purposes only and is probably not what
your birth certificate will look like.
This must be the "long form" birth certificate that includes the parents names. "Short form" or birth
certificate cards will not be accepted. Get the most complete or "official" certificate available.
I certify that I am competent to translate (language name here) to English, and that this is a
      complete and correct translation.
Replace this placeholder with a photocopy of that document. Do not send the original! ¨¨

My paperwork is already in for k1 visa and the i129f packet was received November 2, 2020. My fiance is in Vietnam and I'm American. I was wondering if I go to Vietnam and Marry her and don't say anything to the government. This is just in case the k1 visa doesn't go through. Then I would file for a cr1 visa in the future. I want to do this because the stress of not seeing each other for a long time is putting stress on our relationship. I think marriage would shower her I am really committed. Hello. I have been married to my us citizen husband for almost 2 years. Im a Canadian citizen, we have been able to visit and spend time but we are looking into moving in together. We decided to live in usa but i would have to apply for immigration and all those forms i-130 and i-485. We were planning on moving me there first and then apply. If we say that our intentions are to apply to an immigration officer at the border from the beginning, would this somehow make me unable to enter usa or could it ruin our chances of getting approved?

We are missionaries working for our own non-profit. The non-profit is registered in Iowa. My income is below the level required to file taxes so I did not file taxes in 2021. Do I need to file these taxes in order to prove domicile or will I have sufficient evidence to not worry about filing taxes? The currently processing times have gotten longer due to COVID, and we've seen a lot of inconsistency and unpredictability with some cases moving quickly and others more slowly. Give us a call if you'd like us to review your case and provide guidance on options that may be available to get your case moving.

Hi , my fiancee was put on the 221g process for almost a year and finally got refused in haiti. They said they didn't believe the relationship. My relationship is real we are truly in love. What's the next best thing can I do to bring my fiancee over here?

We totally understand! There are lots of highly qualified lawyers and we all have different pricing structures. If you're looking for a more affordable option, you can search AILA, which is the American Immigration Lawyers Association - to find other attorneys and ask about their pricing. You may also reach out to non-profits in your area to see if you qualify for their services, based on income. Catholic Charities is a trusted immigration service provider and they have offices around the country. Good luck on your case!
