I've been following your videos for a long time, and they have been incredibly helpful. My husband is doing his master's in the USA, he will graduate by this December and I am currently studying in Malaysia. From Malaysia, I applied for an F-2 visa twice and was refused both times. Despite submitting all required documents, including a letter from my university and proof of funds, my visa was denied under Section 214(b) of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act.
The embassy provided a letter stating that visa was denied under Section 214(b) and inform that after all circumstances, they could not approve my visa. Given this situation, what should I do? Should I reapply? and what are the changes i should make?
