    Dear Dr. Very powerful concept. I just had the insight that this could be perfectly incorporated into Tai chi. A great deal of the emphasis in tai chi is about the foot / root on the ground. The idea of consciously connecting the foot to the core while moving in tai chi has instantly made my moves much much stronger. Thank you.

    So i must have my pelvic floor always activated when walking? Or always on/off, but never relaxed over a longer period of time?
