As a German I really have to say that the synchro voice of those american trying to speak German is PERFECT. Wolfenstein is the best example to understand that the voice, the dialogs, the language and of course the accents are very Important in a Game.

The details and character expressions in this game are epic... 2:04 just look at the disappointed and angry yet proud hand gesture..as well as the body language overall...so expertly rendered that it perfectly conveys the pissed of emotions of the Nazi...
I thought the same thing. in 99% of games the npcs would just jarringly return to default walking animations once they entered the store and then stumble to the back of the store, or even worse, just stand there, generically idling. great attention to detail from the animator or great mocap directing. it's the little details.
Man, wolfenstein is criminally underrated. The guns, gunplay, missions, storyline and the uniforms brings nostalgia to me. The bad guys always get the cooler and more attractive uniforms.
I think its an unspoken game rule that the Nazis will usually have the coolest outfits. And i cant even blame the artists, making an intimidating uniform isnt hard and black works pretty well into it.

@@abc2390986 not flexing here but this game is actually much easier than the new order for me, and im playing on im death incarnate 1st playthrough (unless talking about mein leben, it unfairly difficult and unbalaced as heck) , the stealth and ai is much dumbed down compared to the new order/old blood, the super soldier i could havent been angrier due to how much easier they can be deal with, you can literally stun lock (almost) them or shoot the fuel tank on their back for guarantee easy kill, i prankly can always pop that fuel tank with rifle easily. The new order super soldier was faster, and one hit melee you in comparison, and you have to shoot much of their armor off to kill them, they were much more intimidating than new collosus counterpart. Still new collosus is still a good game, but the direction change the art style overall and the story (i have no problem with it) its what the majority wolfenstein fan from the new order/old blood dislike and therefore its hate stems from that .
English is the easiest language to learn. Everything is simplified. And just about every other word is taken from a foreign language. Such as Norwegian and French. I am Norwegian, and I recognise lots of your words as Old Norse.

For an Oberkommando, the guy was very laid back and outgoing. And subtlety was not his inherited trait either. Would've been more thrilling if they had made him glance at the WANTED poster, a quick suggestive head tilt and then walk out whilst casually grabbing his mic.

Honestly this series has some of my favorite intense scenes in videogame history. It’s like if Agent 47 was almost caught in disguise but the person gets distracted by the culture. Like the Hotdog scene in old blood or the train scene in New Order. Or just being next to a guy from Arizona being shot by Hitler. Just so intense yet silly.

The story and detail in this game is absolutely incredible. You just can’t do a better job of an alternate history timeline where the Nazi regime takes hold in America.
You know what i love in Wolfenstein 2? The dialogue between soldiers. It's so beatiful, and it paints them not as souless bastards, but as human beings. Some truly believe that they're doing the world a good deed. They send letters to wife's, brothers, mothers. But the best one is the one between two soldiers in Venus, where he talks about the sunset. It's trully amazing how well that was written.
also this ss unit with the milkshake was the best Nazi in the game (and franshise overall). he just seem like a genuinely friendly human being, eve though he probably, most definitely, isn't.

The new order super soldier was faster, and one hit melee you in comparison, and you have to shoot much of their armor off to kill them, they were much more intimidating than new collosus counterpart. Still new collosus is still a good game, but the direction change the art style overall and the story (i have no problem with it) its what the majority wolfenstein fan from the new order/old blood dislike and therefore its hate stems from that .

Honestly this series has some of my favorite intense scenes in videogame history.
It’s like if Agent 47 was almost caught in disguise but the person gets distracted by the culture.

The story and detail in this game is absolutely incredible. You just can’t do a better job of an alternate history timeline where the Nazi regime takes hold in America.
You know what i love in Wolfenstein 2? The dialogue between soldiers. It's so beatiful, and it paints them not as souless bastards, but as human beings. Some truly believe that they're doing the world a good deed. They send letters to wife's, brothers, mothers.
But the best one is the one between two soldiers in Venus, where he talks about the sunset. It's trully amazing how well that was written.
