Yep , processor does not matter that much in games . But 5800x3d is good for unoptimised games for 1% and 0.1% lows . Because max and average fps is overrated

Ahahah,Phenom×4 cores and 40fps avg.?I wouldn't say that's so bad.Of course it's freezing sometimes,but cpu from 2009 year...Extrimely impressive.

I find it interesting that the AMD PHENOM II X4 810 actually performed better in 4k than in 1080p in some instances, Can anybody explain why?

GPU is bottlenecking (it's CPU comparison, so it's a problem). It will be better if you test all games in 720p with 50% res.
