Vios Batman AC clutch and pulley replacement

I attempted to completely eliminate the noise coming from the AC compressor which I failed to do. But I decided to show you this video anyway on how to replace the AC clutch and pulley. Hope it helps!

check your belt tension bearing and the belt is new and must tighten a bit

Thanks for the comment sir, my mechanic advised that it was actually the flapper valve of the compressor that is making the noise. I will have to replace my compressor on my next ac cleaning per his advise.

Are you skip the part where you going to tell us how to get that magnet off and back on safely that's the whole reason I put on your video in the first place

I didn't mention anything about replacing the magnetic coil. Only the clutch and pulley. I think there is another snap ring for the magnetic coil. Just take it out, then the coil will come off. Thanks for watching!

Nakabukas po ba AC nung umusok? Kung oo, baka possible po. Pero mas maganda na po sana kung patingnan nyo para sure sa root cause.

Hi po nag palit po ako ng magnetic clutch kaso po masyadong maalog ang makina pag katapos bakit kaya

Hi sir, medyo marami kasing possible causes yan kapag maalog yung makina pag umaandar yung compressor.
Possible na nag-aadjust pa lang yung makina sa load, pag later on ganun pa rin, try mo siguro tanggalin yung battery for a few minutes para magreset yung ecu.
Or baka spark plugs din? Lalo kung matagal tagal ka nang di nakapag palit.
Or pwede ring may engine mounts ka na punit na kaya maalog pag mabigat load ng makina.
Or baka yung sa compressor mismo yung issue.
Yan yung mga maiisuggest ko na pwede mong ma-check. Good luck po.

Sir ano ba dahilan at pinalitan mo sir? Ang sa vios batman ko sir maingay siya pag nag engage na ang clutch ng compressor..

Ganun din sakin sir. Tapos sa compressor nanggagaling yung ingay. Pinalitan ko yung pulley pero di nawala meaning hindi bearing yung sira. So pinatingin ko na sa mekaniko ko, sabi nya flapper valve na daw ng compressor yun tapos papalitan na sa next ac cleaning
