I was surprised after warming because I felt all my muscles. I forgot how easy it was to work, but for a short time, we only worked on choreography and posture, the last few months. I thank you with all my heart for all you have done!
Hi Alexey, thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and skilled. I have followed your warm up exercise right through the basic stationary step of cha cha. Now I know th he basic directions of cha cha. When watched the International/ professional dance competition. I could identify what are the dancer's step. I know I still got a long way to go yet. But I am progressing from learning with you daily on your yuthtube channel.
That was a very good exercise routine. I’ve been so tight in my upper back and neck muscles, this routine helped to loosen them a bit. And also, on giving a good practice exercise on arm - styling which I have very little practice on. I always get this advice that the arms will follow the rest of body to balance my frame, but I really need advice on where my arms, hands should be relative to my body. Thank you. God bless.

Awesome video, Alexey, quite similar worming up routine to the one we use at my dancing lessons. Right now I am fighting with a stretched ankle ligament, nothing serious really but I was wandering if you had ever been through anything like this, may be you could give some advice on how to heal faster :) Thank you for the superb channel and keep the good work going on ;)

I liked the Video, thank you for the warm up, I will do it from now on for every of my classes but I have one question, what excatly would you recommend as "Dance Clothes?" My dance Partner always dances in Sport clothing but I'm never Sure what I should wear and I end up dancing in my normal street Clothes... Is there anything recommandable?
Slimeagedon Great question, there is no problem dancing in the regular clothes(as long as it is comfortable). As well you can purchase same practice man’s dancewear, trousers in particular. You can find them online or at the competitions. Just don’t let clothes stop you from practicing. 😉
