Research more on your subject, as of the moment this is insufficient. Also, work on camera angles and your lighting, we can barely see the face of the tester not to mention the values. My opinion.

First he set the meter to measure resistance
If the capacitor is in good condition the meter will move to the right and return to the leftmost position
A bigger capacitor will cause a bigger swing and subsequent return
