+DieselDucy Don't seat it. It's YT trolls. They have nothing better to do than thumbs down videos. I get one once in a blue moon along with a nasty troll comment and I'm lucky if I get 10 views on a video
I would never down rate your videos your the reason why I film elevators if it wasn't for you and my subscribers I would have not been where I am today
How could I thumbs down your videos? I love your videos! Whenever I go to a multi-floor building I ride the elevator. I am a big fan of you. Thank you for these amazing videos!
Awesome building and elevator! I know I've heard that song at the end elsewhere before...I know it's royalty free, but it's based on something. A bit like the instrumental section of the Beatles' "Lovely Rita."
That place would be perfect for a 1920's, 1930's set for a movie or tv series! love the elevator too, the inner gate reminds me of the elevator in Lopdell house, Titirangi, West Auckland, New Zealand (I am hoping they haven't replaced the car, would love to have it if they ever do and put it in my parents house - they have a platform elevator for when they get too old to walk up and down stairs properly)
This elevator might be from c. 1906! (building was built in 1906, at least according to one website) Do you know if this elevator is overhead drive, or basement drive? This elevator might have a winding drum machine based on how old it is.
THESE SELF LEVELLING ELEVATORS WOULD BE So GOOD FOR TROLLING THINK ABOUT IT YOU GET IN SOMEONE IS WAITING AT LETS SAY THE 10th FLOOR AND YOU GO TO THE FLOOR THAT THEY ARE WAITING AT THEN THEY HEAR THE ELEVATOR COMING THEN YOU GO BACK DOWN SO THAT THEY CANNOT GET IN GOD I WOULD LOVE IF THAT WAS STILL A THING IF IT WAS EVEN A THING BACK THEN BUT ANYWAYS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY IS THAT THESE OR SHOULD I SAY THOSE ELEVATORS WOULD BE THE BEST ELEVATORS FOR TROLLING
I have been binge watching your videos and this is one of my favourites. Love this elevator just seams to have so much design and style.
If you are gonna thumbs down the video can you please tell me why so I can improve future videos for you guys. Thanks.

DieselDucy I love your videos! You'd never get me in that elevator. How did that ever get a permit? Building is beautiful.
The best thing to do is disabling the ratings on your videos.

It has the pull chains on those light fixtures. Levels 2-3 is an Atrium.
Did that antique shop have a old elevator to? I recall visiting one about years ago that did in the area.
please text me. I have some lights for u
I have run into a vintage service elevator but it's been turned off since the current owners of the building acquired it 17 years ago.
They don't make things like that anymore. That building, those radiators, that metal bench, and of course that awesome elevator.
I love it

Thats interesting on that elevator in the cab they left the area where the counterweight goes by opened but windowed off they didnt cover that
nice building, it reminds me of the kind of building a 1930s private detective would be based at.
They even put in a flourescent light, too. Rip

Ride it then

The elevator is definitely not in that great of shape mechanically.
This is the closest thing to that which I have found. Not as epic, but a goodie nonetheless:
