Partial Die Cutting technique | Sea Themed Card

In today's card making video we are going to be making an underwater or sea themed card using the new Speckled Pearls trio of embossing powders from WOW. I will show you how you can heat emboss die cut elements using your embossing powders along with some partial die cutting tricks too.

I really love this card Laura. Those embossing powders are in my favourite colours. I am a sucker for all shades of blue. I love the ocean, we have lived near the beach for years. I never get sick of looking at the water. Xx
