Nice job man! Just finished building a shop and a garage addition myself. I overdid my material order (remote part of Idaho, USA, closest lumber yard is about 140 miles round trip). And in my attempt to figure out a use for the excess, you’re giving me ideas for a shed bourbon bar
I would say roughly around £5k but I built it when timber prices were sky high. I definitely could of built it cheaper as well but I chose the more expensive materials
This build is 95% equivalent to what I need for my tiny retail store. Literally only difference from what I need is a regular window as well as a concession window.
Any distance you NEED (by law or local regulations) to stay away from your neighbours fence ? Going to build a 12 by 12 'garden room' for the wife and me soon to stop the kids from moaning we make too much noise playing music and talking late at night on fridays.
Do the neighbours not complain about the noise of the TV and you and your mates sat out there? What about the chipboard side facing some poor neighbour?
What an excellent demonstration of how to build a shed in a simple step by step format, great job 👏 👍

Well done mate. Will be coming back to watch this when I start to build the shed/home office.
Cheers mate. I’m glad you found it useful, good luck with your build!
Well done! Lots of memories will be made there, for sure. Enjoy!
What a brilliant job.
This is perfect, if I keep my shed under 8’ I am free of any setbacks and permits in Los Angeles.
Oh, it's so modern and nice. We uploaded too a video of our shed building. You did a wonderful job!
Great job man. Your exterior color is great. Cheers!
Much appreciated thank you!
Well done….would you do a private build, im looking for something exactly like this?
Hi mate where did you get the adjustable feet. Great build by the way
Will the foundation hold up the weight? Why not opt for concrete slab?
What made you decide to use paving slabs instead of concrete for the base?
Looks amazing
Absolutely amazing
awesome video mate, can i ask how hot it gets in there in the summer when its closed? surely that much heat would not be good for the booze in there?
Interested in a rough cost for all the materials? Looking good!

Great job! Looking to do this exact size and configuration in my home. Any chance you have a cut list with measurements ?
Thank you! I didn’t unfortunately sorry about that
Great work.. Cheers from 🇦🇺
Thank you!
What did you spray the doors with? Do they still look ok or is paint peeling/scratching?
Think it's awesome! Thanks for posting!!
Brilliant job
Brilliant mate , greetings from NZ ;-)
Fabulous!!!
Great stuff! How much did whole thing cost roughly?
How much did the project cost? i am trying to work out the difference between building myself or buying one. (I already have the concrete base down).
Great job! 👏👏
Nicely done!!
Beer mats are great for the walls

Good, clean job 🙂
Just wondering, where did you get the adjustable feet from for the base? Thanks
From Amazon
Is this still operational?
i would love to know the cost for material for this because to get something similar from a "garden room company" its about 20 to 25k. great job man
just do math on a site that sell the material lol
🔥🔥🔥
Hi how much was the total cost
What are the internal dimensions please?
Why not 8 x 16 ? MarkMannM2
I have to ask do you still speak to your neighbours at the back? 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah as far as they’re concerned it’s a home office 😂
No windows?
No as the doors let in plenty of natural light
MY GOD 2 DARK FOR US LIKE THE WHITE DOORS WE HAVE THE DARK IN OUR HOME I PUT MORE DOORS IN
