UPDATE:1 year and still cranks within the first 2-3 pulls. Probably will buy another when this one finally does bite the dust ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX . No issues at all. Very happy with it.UPDATE: After 6 months of use and over 70 uses I would still highly recommend this pressure washer. It does vibrate a decent amount but never had it “walk” like others have mentioned. No oil leaks, still seems to run like the day I bought it. Still cranks within 2-3 pulls every time. Very happy with my purchase!Have used it about a dozen times now. Plenty of power, cranks up on 1-2 pulls every time. My only complaint would be I wish it was a little taller to make it easier to walk with it (hits my ankles a lot) and that the two hose connections were a little further apart but it hasn’t caused me any issues. Seems to run a good 1-1/2-2 hrs on a full tank, overall a well built machine and definitely worth the money in my opinion.
Definitely
Best part was the “screw it” and unload the soap. Lol! Great vid.
Thanks!
agreed
that made me laugh my ass off
Man that was the funniest thing I’ve seen. That line was all of us
Will not start unless oil level is full, check oil dip stick as filled and when filled will start immediately. It has a sensor inside that detect low oil upon starting.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!! You just saved me LOADS of frustration. Couldn't get it to start. 😓Filling the oil allowed it to start first try!!!! ☺
I just picked mine up on sale for $240! Reg. $379.99! I cannot get over the amount of Power PSI this thing has!! It is unreal how strong.
It works well, I have a bunch of videos on this model, check them out, happy pressure washing!
Where is power PSI? Do you mean the nozzle that came with it?
Bought one and works well. The choke is a little confusing, but overall great value.
COLD START-
leave choke all the way closed, then right after it fires up OPEN all the way and leave it.
Once the engine is warm you can leave the choke open and stop/start on command.
hope this helps
What side is closed and what side is open?
Thank you so much. You are awesome. Without you I would not be able to put it together, start and troubleshoot. Thank you from Michigan
Just got this from Costco couple weeks ago. Thanks for the video! I got it started after fiddling with the choke also. It shook so much I was scared I was doing something wrong lol. (Thank you for bringing that up) The instructions made no sense you basically do not touch the choke and just leave it on right side. Any tips on running this thing? I was struggling with the hose being tangled and not stretching at all. Thanks!
Thank you, glad it helped :)
Here for the same reason. It doesn’t work like a choke but more like a accelerators.
you need to move the choke to the left position when the engine has started running or else your washer will consume more fuel.
@@jungapo2 exactly! That’s what the instructions say. But it won’t stay on when i put it to the left. Why?
@@occ6018 you need to position it correctly where the engine is about to stop. it is fine tuning the air and fuel mixture. you can hear it by the sound and vibration of the engine. it is like adjusting the carburator of a car engine.
God I love Costco. I think I'm going to pick mine up tomorrow
This was helpful for the starting portion. The instructions that came with mine indicate that you should turn the gas and the choke fully to the left. Clearly, that's wrong and driving some low reviews for this product. My stickers also have no direction indicators. But, I followed your startup and it started fine. Time to break out the Sharpie lol
My instructions said choke to the left hand side and gas/fuel to the right. I believe that is correct. I saw another vid that says if the engine is cold like haven’t used in a day, then the choke definitely needs to be all the way to the left, but if it’s been on already and only temporarily shut down due to you taking a break or rest, you need to push choke lever to the middle or right.
Also when done it said to push fuel/gas lever to left so that all the fuel gets used which prevents gunk from building up in carburetor. Then after that you turn off engine.
Would you please address how to properly store the unit during the winter? I follow a winter storage protocol for my lawnmower and it really helps. Thanks!
I certainly will, when I prepare it for winter storage I will do an updated video. I will be changing the oil after a few more hours of usage and I can explain some of the winterizing procedures then also.
I purchased this washer in the summer of 2021 but haven't taken it out of the box until a few days ago. It started easily and performed admirably... for about 30 minutes. Then, it shut itself down and would not start back up. It was as if someone flipped the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position or as if it ran completely out of gas. But, neither of those things happened. It just shut down. I let it cool down for about 30 minutes and started it back up. if performed like a champ for all of 6 minutes before it shut down again. I put it away for a couple of days and took it out today to see if I would have better luck. But, the exact same thing. Ran for half an hour and shut down. It's a shame. When it's running it does a great job. If I can't find a solution online somewhere, it's going back to Costco.
Had the same issue, a new spark plug fixed that (even though it was a new pressure washer, not this model but another one I had)
Is there a way to control the soap?
After it's turned on, do i have to move the Gas valve? Like to middle or leave it at max.
Leave it on max (fully open) when your using it
Hi sir! Great and informative video! I have a question. i just bought this and I'm wondering if there's an option to lower the PSI to at least 400? I'm trying to clean my rug with this, but i believe i will ruin it if i were to use 3000PSI.
Thank you.
You can't lower it but if you use the 40 degree option on the tip and keep it a foot or two away you should be fine
Good video - Does the instructions address the nozzle settings to use on ie decks, concrete, brick, etc. - Thanks in advance
I can’t get mine to turn on! Any recommendations?
Is the red switch to the on position? I had to pull mine a few times with full choke then no choke then choke again to start a few times, also you have to take off some of the pressure by squeezing the trigger on the wand, if there's to much pressure in the wand I found mine wouldn't start.
Just put mine together this weekend and will be returning it this week. Opened the box and the machine was covered in oil. Should have been a red flag and returned it ASAP, but I just figured they left something loose after they tested it at the factory. Long story short after only running for 30 minutes the oil level went half way down on the dip stick. Now my driveway and garage have oil stains every place I dragged this pos.
The reviews are not good, alot of people are having issues, knock on wood mines still working!
Where to put oil and what kind of gas do i need? Also which number do i need to wash deck? Please respond
The oil goes in either oil fill location with the yellow dipstick cap (there is 2 but they both go into the engine so just use one and check the oil level), use straight gas with 87 or more octane. And I would use the 40 degree setting to wash a deck but hold it atleast a foot or so away and not to long on one spot or it could damage the wood. Hope this helps.
ua-cam.com/video/Ask3j8nfP5s/v-deo.html
The choke is a problem, it shouldn’t stay that position when running.
Thanks for the videos. Can you add a car was foam device to this power washer?
Yes you can, I did a video on it, ua-cam.com/video/D8-EpcO6yow/v-deo.html
is this pressure too much for my wooden deck ?
Use the wide 40 degree on the nozzle tip but stay a few feet away from the deck min and keep moving the wand, to long or to close in one area and it will cause the wood to splinter
thanks for another great vid. One question: How do the 7 position nozzle 'soap' positions work? How would/could that nozzle 'know' to pull or not pull soap from the tank. I hope that question makes sense. As there is no physical way for the nozzle to know if there is anything in the soap tank as well. Is it that the different positions may be able to 'aerate' or 'aerosolize' differently whatever is coming from the pump and make it more soapy? Which for me begs another question, since there is no 'shut off' valve from the soap tank, how do you get it to NOT put out through the end 7 position nozzle whatever soap is in the soap tank? I see nothing in the manual that says how to run it so that it does NOT pick up whatever is in the soap tank. When you want to run just clear water, are you maybe supposed to tip the unit to empty the soap out or siphon it out somehow? Or, DOES the 7 pos nozzle somehow 'know' NOT to pickup from the soap tank, depending on which of the 7 settings is selected? That seems a bit unlikely to me, but perhaps my knowledge or insight into fluid dynamics is lacking lol. . And it goes back to why do only 2 of the 7 nozzle positions show 'bubbles' for soap? And I believe Both of those position are for Lower pressure? Thanks again for another of your fine videos. Eric
It will only draw soap when the option is selected on the tip, I've actually been using a snow foam cannon to do the vehicles, I find it gives 10 times the soap rather then using the onboard soap on the pressure washer itself.
I believe the soap tips on pressure washers work with decreasing the water flow (pressurer)causing the soap to be drawn up from the soap dispenser then through the pressure washer tip
The 2 bubble (soap) options on the tips are for less soap or more soap
@@PovertyPointCustoms I watched that video of yours and may get one of those., foam cannon that is.
@@PovertyPointCustoms Thanks for the reply sir. Frankly though I find that a bit hard to believe hydraulics-wise ( again, no physicist I lol ) , but you are the man with the experience and that beats me guessing lol . I guess I will have to fill the soap tank with some soap, and try the other 5 positions and if no soap comes through, there's my answer. Tho I am sure you already know all this from direct experience? That is, you have had soap in the tank, had the selector on a 'NON soap' setting and no soap came out the nozzle?
I have same presure washer but that one turned off after 5 minutes any ideas
If it is tipped a bit it will turn off, alot of people have been having issues with the spark plug and carburetors.
does SH (bleach) work well in the detergent dispenser?
I've actually used it mixed with soapbeforw to clean siding, but it's recommended not to leave bleach sitting in the tank though for a while
@@PovertyPointCustoms Good to know, appreciate the response!
I got one ,try many time .can’t start. Does it have to be connected to water pipe to start?
Has be be connected to water when you start or could burn out the pumps, when starting g for first time make sure the choke is on and switch is in the on position, and pull the trigger when pulling the pull cord (makes it easier to start)
The only problem I seem to have is keeping this unit from moving around when I use the pressure. Lots of vibration. Is something out of balance?
I found that also, two of the nuts holding the engine on fell off, so reinstalled those and the other 2 were loose so went over every night and bolt. Never had this issue with my older pressure washers.
2-1-24 This is absolutely the worst pressure washer I have ever purchased! Shut off after 5 minutes - I read that it could be do to the oil sensor, I did everything to specs twice and it still shuts off!
I had to replace this one under warranty, a few videos of the issues and of the new one posted.
I have the same machine, which pressure percentage did you use on the car?
I usually use the 40 degree option
@@PovertyPointCustoms Thank you 🙏
I just got mine from Costco, but it keeps turning off, please advise.
Have you checked the oil, they have a low oil shut off feature, as well if they are tipped a bit they shut off.
I bought this same power washer from
Costco. The directions are horrendous and the labeling of the Choke vs Run positions are worthless. Very confusing. Is it too much to ask that directions are written clearly? Mercy, what a PIA to use for the first time.
Did you find any issue with the water running into the soap tank? I have the same model but when I turn the hose on the water fills the soap tank
Having trouble with getting it to start. The start pull rope is almost impossible to pull. Requires a of PSI on the rope to start. Just bought the thing and it is so tough to start. Any ideas or should I just return it.
Pull the trigger before you start it, it will release the pressure, I sometimes have to do this before each pull when starting
Recently got one of these and thanks for the vids, in the soap dispensary I use half a bottle of soap and top it up with water so the soap mix’s good with the water for good suds results, worked great
I did a video on my snow foam cannon (would be in my videos), you should try one you'll love it, especially for washing vehicles
@@PovertyPointCustoms just purchased torq foam cannon by chemical guys today
I always pull my wand (she was laughing wasn't she?). I use maybe a capful of soap to fill a 5 gal bucket about 3/4 full. I gasped when you loaded that stuff in there. Those pictographs of the fuel controls are very bad. One says go left, the other says go right. Neither are explained in the manual other than to put them on full to start. Printing english words like "on" and "off" or even a graph of increasing or decreasing bar graphs would be correct and save Husq a lot of trouble. At least in America. Thanks for the videos. They did help. It's sad that you can't easily find support from the manufacturers anymore.
Glad they helped, hopefully the washer holds up for the both of us!
Has anyone used Foaming Soap with this Washer? Or does anyone have an idea of it's possible to use.
I hooked a foam cannon up to it: ua-cam.com/video/D8-EpcO6yow/v-deo.html
What’s the size of the hose? 1/4 or 5/16?
Could I put chemicals in the soap dish?
I've put bleach and soap with no issues, when done I just rinsed water through it
Ok thanks
@@PovertyPointCustoms to apply the chemicals do you just use the soap and water spray setting then spray it and lie it sit?
can you check to see what spark plug is in there? i am curious if its a torch brand. if it is, replace it with a ngk or something else. torch brand plugs are garbage. they are known for making engine hard to start and dying quickly
It is a Torch spark plug
Picked this up a couple days ago 100$ bucks off. 279$ I like it so far
They have amazing pressure!
@@PovertyPointCustomsot it for $199 recently but haven’t used it yet. Will try this weekend
what kind of fuel are you using? Much abliged!!
Straight gas no mixing, 89 octane
Would it matter if it's 87,89, or 91 ? 🤔
Having problems with starting the washer, is the choke a common issue?
I may contact the manufacturer, seems like alot of people are having this issue
@@PovertyPointCustoms thank you!
Here for the same issue
@@boxpimp my issue was that I didn’t put enough oil in it! Maybe that might be your issue
@@nowayitskendo literally just solved this by putting more oil in lol
Tengo una pero no tiene presión que puedo hacer
Is there anything coming out of the tip when you pull the trigger with the pressure washer off and the water on?
This is what I needed
They have a ton of pressure!
Will I be able to connect a downstream injector on this?
You can, I use a snow foam cannon with mine ua-cam.com/video/D8-EpcO6yow/v-deo.html
Does it have a valve to shut off the flow off soap? Or how does that work?
You select the soap setting on the nozzle, when this setting isn't selected it stops the flow of soap
@@PovertyPointCustoms Ok thanks.
Is this the one from Costco?
It is, best store ever and great employees! here's the unboxing video
ua-cam.com/video/Ask3j8nfP5s/v-deo.html
Why did mine backfire? Not starting.
Is the switch in the one position, fuel on and the choke on? If so and its still not starting turn the choke off and squeeze the trigger on the wand to take some pressure off and try to start it a few times like this and if it doesn't start turn the choke on and try it again with the choke on, I had to do this to mine and it then started, let me know how you make out.
This is exactly happening to mine backfired then hard to start. choke off, fuel on squeeze the trigger still hard to start..this is garbage returning this to Costco for sure..I’m getting the Simpson brand with Honda motor.
How do you control de soap dispenser? Is there a valve?
The soap dispenser turns on when you select the soap option on the tip (end of the wand)
@@PovertyPointCustoms thank you👍🏼
I have a craftsman with same engine just for heads up you have to turn of the gas off while you almost done to drain the gas out of the Carburetor. So far Briggs and Stratton makes good engine
I hope it holds up, they been around for ever
Flaw in the motor design gas drained from the tank to the crankcase. Motor locked up after using it just 5 times.
@@stevesmith582 did you turn off the gas after use?
@@morejellopleaseher vid says yes…turn fuel/gas lever to left and let the engine wind down and it shuts off. Then turn the engine knob(red one) to off after.
I just bought this from costco and did the driveway + garage. Do I have to pull the string 5x move the choke to left then immediately to right and leave it there like you did in the video? It was a bit of a pain to start it thanks
Thats what mine took, I am hoping the more its used the easier it will be to start, normally if its cold you should be able to just put the choke on, pull the cord once and it will start then turn the choke off once running. I'll be doing an updated maintenance video on it in the next week or so.
@@PovertyPointCustoms The instructions arent clear. Is the choke on w lever all the way to the right?
I believe if engine is cold and hadn’t been turned on for a while you leave choke all the way to left and for one that was turned on or warm engine, you leave choke to the right or middle.
Love these videos . Great job.
Thanks:)
Hi, I have one of these pressure washers. I wasn't sure how to keep the soap from coming out of the nozzle once I fill up the soap dispenser - is it just turned off/on at the nozzle? Or is there a switch or something on the pressure washer (I couldn't find one)?
The soap will only come out of the nozzle if the soap option is selected on the tip, there is no soap shut off on the soap tank
I bought a factory reconditioned one. It will only start and run moving the choke about one fourth of the way to full open. Rpm seems low. As soon as you let go of the wand trigger, the engine immediately shuts down. Garbage.
Knock on wood my second one has been working well, My pump was failing on the first one.
Is 3200psi safe on the paint at all?
I've had no issues with it on your cars, atvs siding. Just don't have it to close to the paint, when washing the cars with it I'm about 12 inches away
Do you feel this pressure washer is too high of pressure for car washing? Like possibly damage paint?
Not at all but I use the 40 degree spray pattern on the tip
Extremely helpful thank you
Thank you
Do you need an adapter for the garden hose? Mine won’t seem to go on, does it come with one? Or It’s something I need to buy? Help.
Mine didn't need an adapter and I have a regular garden hose. I had a simoniz pressure washer a few years back and I had to buy the adapter for it.
@@PovertyPointCustoms hmm ok thanks, I will try again tomorrow.Great and helpful videos and insights.
Thanks for the videos on this.i got a coupon in the mail yesterday for this and going to buy one today.got my sub.thank you 🤞🤙
Thank you, you'll love it, only long term concern i may have with it is the 7 in 1 nozzle but hopefully I'm wrong.
@@PovertyPointCustoms That can be removed/changed, right?
Also, please consider explaining the oil change. Does one invert the machine as with a lawnmower or remove a plug underneath? Thanks for your excellent presentation.
ua-cam.com/video/hw-bjCt5aBc/v-deo.html
Great price and intro
Thanks!
Is the pressure on this one adjustable? 3200 way too much for a car.
No, but you can do different spray patterns that widens the spray so less direct pressure in a small area
HOw do you keep the soap from not coming out? Is there a setting on it to do so?
On the 7 in one nozzle tip there are 7 selections, the 2 with the soap picture will dispense soap the other 5 are just water (where it shows 40 degree, 15 etc).
Nice I buy today and they put $80 more down. So I pay 280 whit tax 🙌
Good deal!
Hello everyone✌🏼Is the nozzle removable?
I already ordered mine but I forgot to verify that the tip is a 1/4 in size so I can attach a universal surface cleaner for concrete.
Thank you in advance if somebody can provide that info.
Yes it is a quick attach spray tip
Thanks for this video 😊
Your very welcome ☺
how do you select to dispense soap? how do you switch from soap dispenser to power wash?
Assembly instruction are good, manual instructions are not good
You need to select the soap option on the nozzle tip to use the soap dispenser
I loved your video, thank you.. I also love your floor.. tell me about it. Lol.
The gravel?
At 1:43 he says turn the choke on but move the switch to the off position. Am I viewing this correctly?
He flew past that part didn't even show very clearly what he was moving during startup but yet so many reply "great video".... my teenage children do better videos than this..
I saw that too. You leave it off when engine is cold and move it to right once engine starts
Just took mine out of the box after purchasing from Costco a few weeks ago. The 7 position nozzle will not attach to the sprayer wand. The “turbo nozzle” attaches just fine, but the 7-in-1 will not. So I figured I’d just unscrew and replace the fitting…nope. Even with a firm grip on then plastic housing of the nozzle, it split apart as I tried to unscrew the bad fitting with a 1/2” wrench. What a cheap piece of crap. So I guess I’ll just be using the single spray turbo nozzle for now.
I would contact the manufacturer, they should send you a replacement
Great Job!
Thank you :)
Be completely honest is this worth 400$ canadian its on sale now
It has amazing pressure so for the price it is a great deal, and with the warranty for piece of mind it's a good deal ( I have about 4 tanks of fuel through mine so far, and still working good)
@@PovertyPointCustoms ya i was thinking dam costco has a great warranty i cant pass this up lol thanks alot for the info
Me encanta tu video.
can i use it under rain? is it not damage it or burn?
Mines gotten soaked while pressure washing, best to use when not raining but you should have no issues in the rain (a generator should be covered in the rain but your ok with this).
Absolutely awe screw it and add all the soap. That was classic!!!
Haha yep!
Pressure washing a car… really great idea 🤯
Yep lol
I cannot put on the 7 in 1 nozzle, it will not clip on.
Mine is a bit of a bugger to put on, takes a fair bit of force (make sure your pulling back on the clip on the wand that locks the nozzle on
what type of nozzle is that?
It's actually the standard one that came with it
Have a link to a service manual? Or factory service manual? Either for the engine or the pump? Know the pump part #? Im just looking for a how-to on the specific pump maintenance and oil level along with whatever that “cooling maintenance @ dealer” yearly reference is in the manual
I'll see what I can find
@@PovertyPointCustoms Looks like an AR (Annovi Reverberi) pump, There is no oil fill hole nor oil drain hole nor oil fill-level (overfill) hole. The pump is designed to just die and replace. From my time as a mechanical engineer I bet the pump breather (has a little black 90 deg vent) will allow both filling and draining if the machine is tipped over. I will probably do it at year and and measure the oil that comes out.
15w-40 non detergent oil goes back in. SAE 30w would be ok, but the 40 is recommended.
lmk if you find anything else. I don't know the specific pump model #. But I only paid like $260 for the entire contraption.
@@PovertyPointCustoms I replaced the oil today. There are four silver bolts on the end of the pump coming off the motor. I removed those four bolts. There are three plungers on the inside that are under pretty high spring tension and you will have to hold that and down to prevent it from shooting off maybe a quarter of an inch or so if you undo the bolts without holding it down. The plungers all have snap rings on them so the springs and assembly will stick together.
I have about maybe 10 hours on my compressor since buying it one week ago. My motor oil was significantly more dirty than the pump oil. It looked like there were approximately 4 ounces maybe 5 ounces of fluid in the pump. To remove the bolts I tilted the entire assembly forward toward the pull cord and I let the handle rest on jackstands. In this position the pump assembly had a piston and bearing ring approximately 75% covered with oil. I dumped the oil out and tried to measure it but measuring was pretty difficult because it was such a small quantity. So I just filled it up to approximately the same depth.
I used Amsoil iso 100 Air compressor oil. This is in between a 30 weight and a 40 weight oil I think. It has no detergents. The pump oil did seem like high-quality oil. And I would say the motor oil was definitely not high-quality oil, so that was a surprise. My motor oil had tons of metal in it. I changed the oil at 0hr and 5hr and then inspected at 10hr, but after 2x changes it seems the motor oil settled and is just normal now.
If I had estimate I would say you have to put approximately 15 to 25 pounds of pressure against the end of the pump to reassemble it after changing the oil. It is also worth noting that the bolts have a lot of threads on them and you should be able to start the threads before even pushing, so it’s not terrible.
Does my compressor run better now? Meh maybe. I feel better tho.
@@PovertyPointCustoms overall this would be better if the pump had a fill hole and a drain hole and a site glass or an overflow plug. But for $260 you don’t really get to complain a lot lol.
Next time I’ll probably go with honda and a serviceable pump
My nozzle leaks like crazy
Seems like alot of people are having the same issue
Bought one used 5 times ,the 6 th time the motor was locked up. After investigating opened the oil cap only to find the crankcase was full of gas, the gas tank had completely drained into the crankcase.Do not recommend this pressure washer at all.
I've heard of a few others with the exact same issue
Isn't it suppose to be 90 octane and up
87 is fine, long term storage or not using alot I would use 91 Octane.
Lol at 00:50 "Ahhh, screw it!"
Lol
Bought it yesterday and returning it today. Terrible parts that don’t fit together. We tried all day trying to get the nozzle connected to the wand. The collar wouldn’t lock it on. Tried with WD 40 and still no luck. Poorly made fittings from China !
MATRIX IS ONE OF THE BEST CARS IN THE WORLD!
It is!! 15 years and still drive like a new car knock on wood
They sure are. I wish they never stopped making them. Ours has 240,000 km and still running strong.
Too much power for car paint, isn’t it?
Would probably strip the wax quicker after several washes with this beast
Hello, why does it has 2 oil caps? Thank you
i am wondering that too. i filled both sides with oil anyway just to be safe. the user manual is really really bad.
No idea why they designed it with 2 fill and dipsticks however they are both for the engine, so you can fill on either side and check the oil height. It actually had me stumped for a second as the manual only shows one fill location but if you take them both out and shine a light in one side you can see the light from the other. I'd say it was setup like this to make the engine be able to have different attachments where 1 side could be blocked by an attachment so you can add or check oil from the other dipstick.
@@jungapo2 True. Thank you!
@@PovertyPointCustoms Thank you for your reply. I just have one last question. Manual says 50ft or less water hose, I bought a 100Ft. Can I use it? Or has to be 50ft or less? Thank you!
@joselo sanchez I'm not certain on the 100ft hose. Gonna unbox mine tonight. But, I'm 99% it's because you don't want the power washer running without water for too long. So if you turn the water on before attaching to the power washer you should be good a 100 ft hose should have the same pressure from the faucet as a 50 ft or any length for that matter
31% costco user gives one star. any comment?
I'll be doing an updated video in the next day or so but right now it works well but have a few concerns and issues I've had.
I’ve had to rerun mine. Too hard to start.
Well from reading many of the comments on this and the unboxing video, I've got a pretty good idea why there's so many issues with it. Primarily it sounds like Husqvarna did a poor job of idiot-proofing their instructions and greatly overestimated users knowledge of operating small engines and pressure washers in general.
Firstly, the engine used on this washer is an extremely common design, there's two dipsticks and two oil drain plugs because in some applications one side or the other can't be easily accessed. You only need to be concerned with one side of it.
You don't need to check oil level with the dipstick - fill to the point where oil is nearly overflowing. BTW, that's where the full mark on the dipstick will be when fully screwed in. Oh, and trying to start the engine without adequate oil in it isn't going to work - to prevent immediate engine damage, the engine has a low-oil shutoff. You're also going to have a tough time starting if you haven't first purged some water pressure by pulling the wand trigger.
One lever is the gas shutoff valve - obviously it has to be open to start/run, closing it will prevent fuel from leaking. Also doing so to shut off a running engine is a good idea to clear fuel remaining in the carburetor. Particularly before long-term storage. The other lever is the choke and a cold engine start usually requires some degree of choking. It may not require full choke so some experimentation may be needed. Turn off the choke when the engine is running and warmed up. Restarting a warm engine usually requires very little or no choke. Ethanol in gasoline is to be avoided in small engines if possible (try premium higher octane blends) though modern engines are supposed to be able to deal with it. My experience indicates they still have problems.
Soap will be siphoned from the tank only when low pressure nozzles are in use, higher pressures prevent proper suction and mixing of detergent.
I don't own this pressure washer and normally would avoid cheap, almost disposable, pumps like the one on this Husqvarna. However as long as they aren't allowed to freeze with water in them, these pumps may last the life of the engine and I believe are fairly inexpensive to replace. I am tempted to buy one now since it is currently on sale at Costco, half-expecting I may need to return it to them some day.
Finally, 3200 PSI is not the important part of a general purpose pressure washer. You can get extreme pressures from the cheapest washer if you hold a 45 degree nozzle an inch from the surface (not recommended for vehicle paint). The more important stat when it comes to getting something actually clean is the GPM (the maximum amount of water that can be delivered). The 2.5 GPM rating on this one is probably adequate for most uses.
Is it straight gas or two cycles gas
Straight gas
I hate it take over an hour to put away the hose is to stiff hard to work with other than that it works ok i like an electric power washer they are easier
Tons of pressure, like 1.45 tons/inch^2. ;-)
