      Still using it strong today. No regrets and still working as good as day 1. Like I mentioned the video, never run the pump dry, always use the fuel shut off when turning it off, and lastly, once it's off, depress the hose one last time to relave the pressure before disconnecting the hose.

    I've had this unit for two years now and it still runs good, initially used it commercially cleaning houses but the plastic wheels didn't fair well so had to retire it but still used it frequently.

    I've used this sprayer several times now on brick pavers, a wood deck, patio, and a driveway. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX It has performed as expected on all surfaces. For larger areas like the decks and patios, I think I will be looking into a surface cleaner attachment to speed up the job, or at least make it a little easier. Hose and sprayer connections are tool-less, tight, and quick. I used the yellow nozzle on the concrete/brick surfaces, and the pressure was adequate for cleaning those surfaces.I am disappointed that these units are still being shipped with a nozzle storage holder that allows them to vibrate out of the holder way too easily and become lost, but I don't want to knock off a star for that reason. The functional part of the washer works very well, so I would recommend this product.

      Get the same female receptacle for the nozzle holding places that's on the gun end. Screw them on the back plate and you can securely mount your accessories.

    Thanks, I just picked this up today at COSTCO but was hesitant due to some reviews. My old HONDA washer finally died after 13 years (engine still good but have gone through 3 pumps). Used this 3 hours today and worked awesome. Hope it stays like this. Good tip on the fuel shutoff first then turn the off switch. Now what to do with the old Honda engine..

    I bought this washer in July of 2021, but didn't use it until this month (Nov 2023). It started without a problem and ran great... for about 30 minutes. The engine shut itself down about 30 minutes into the project, as if it ran out of gas or someone flipped the ON/OFF switch. But, it had fuel in the tank. I turned off the water and let it set for about half an hour, then started it back up. It ran like a champ for all of 6 minutes before it shut down again. I packed it up and put it away for a couple of days. Today, I checked all the nuts and bolts, tightened a few, filled the gas tank and started it up again. It performed beautifully for about 30 minutes and, again, it shut itself off. If I can find a solution online somewhere, its going back to Costco. Such a shame... it's a nice pressure washer.

So far everything looks tight. So I’m testing it out one more time then back to Costco it will go. I really like the machine so far.

    I just picked one of these up at Costco after my 3100 crapped out on me. Any suggestions how to minimize calcium build up in the pump? I believe that’s what happened to my 3100 as water wouldn’t even circulate through anymore. I did run the water out after each use like the Manuel suggested but it still plugged up. Thanks for the video!

    I used a Huskvarna 3200 video to get me going when I first bought it from Costco a year or so ago. It worked GREAT. I just set it up again, by the book, and attached the garden hose and turned on the water to get rid of any air in the pump line, as told to do in the instructions, prior to starting the engine. Nothing happened. No water came out of the connection for the power hose. When I started to unscrew the input connection a little bit of water squirted back. The screen looks ok. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks much, man!

    Currently at Costco looking at a pressure washer that looks the same as yours but I'm assuming it's a new model...
    JDX208 208cc $389.99. I just returned the Husqvarna 2000 electric because plugging it in the breaker trips on the pressure washer cable, breaker won't reset and won't turn on (Thank you Costco for having an awesome return policy!). We have a super silly question…how do you switch from soap back to water? We have the same model but there are a few differences one of those is we still have the 4 different nozzles. Do you just switch the tip?? So confused…Thanks!

    • @Mr-Chris
      @Mr-Chris  2 місяці тому +2

      The nozzle, when you use the soap nozzle, the pressure washer senses the low pressure and pulls soap from the soap Reservoir. When you switch to a high pressure nozzle, it stops pulling from soap and only uses water.

      Since I always starve the carburetor dry of gas when I am done washing (instead of turning off by switch)... It takes about a few pulls to start. My sequence is I turn the fuel on with choak but leave the switch off, I do a few light pulls to get gas in carburetor. Then I turn on the switch and it typically starts on the first pull.

    Hi, appreciate your video. I tried to start my 2022 same model pressure washer but it would shut off when I slid the choke over to run. On my last attempt, I think the pull cord bound up because now it won’t pull out more than a few inches. Thoughts? This is my first gas power washer. I’m tempted to take off the start cord cover but that might be a disaster. Thank you.

    • @leesluga545

      if an engine only runs with the choke on, then it's not getting enough fuel through the carburetor normally, it likely needs cleaned. You should be able to safely unbolt the starter housing without anything going flying so you can at least see if something is stuck or whatever.

      You don't need a receipt, but you need to have bought it from Costco. they can search your history and verify that you bought it when you return it. If you bought it second hand, Costco won't return it as they won't be able to find a record of you purchasing it.

      #1 try to pull the trigger on the gun and pull it, if that doesn't work you may by hydolocked. #2 Remove the spark plug and give it a few pulls and if you see liquid shoot out from spark plug hole, it might now be fixed. Put the spark plug back in and see if it works.

    how do I drain the gas from the machine?

    • @Mr-Chris
      @Mr-Chris  Рік тому

      I find it easier to drain it from the carburetor drain plug. Make sure your fuel shut off is off and open the drain plug, some gas will pour out, then using a container with a funnel under the carburetor, open the fuel shutoff and let the gas drain out. Here's a good overview from another manufacturer, but the practice is the same. wenproducts.com/blogs/resource-center/how-to-drain-your-generators-carburetor-for-storage
