When I listen to music, I often think "I wish that chorus did this, or I wish that hook did that", but with Born of Osiris, I think those things alot less. Great band.

I am LOVING the new album, everything about it!!! I've supported BoO from 10 years+ and I will keep doing it. Their talent has amazed me and inspired me throughout the years and I am sure that this masterpiece is one for the books. For as long as we have these amazing men playing amazing music, we should support and enjoy them while we can and they have health and ideas!! THANK YOU BOO. Check out Epiphany by Cameron Losch (their drummer). He's written a bunch of dreamy melodic synth stuff. I'm sure he wrote a bunch of it for this album too.

This bad has been a huge influence in my life. I've been a fan easily since 2008 and there isn't a single song I don't enjoy. I find such depth in the lyrics and I feel they are like family. When at concerts I say it's a family reunion.

I love how this band changes tempo in the middle or end of the song and it just works, from brutal in your face screaming death metal to that nice easygoing outro beat

for the billionth time its not a tempo change. its a dynamics change. piano (the music term for quiet) is not the same thing as ritardando (the music term for slowing down.)
