First aid kit 💯
One thing I’d add is flares/hazard lights! If you breakdown in the night, you NEED the visibility. Especially if your car battery is dead, or you’re broken down near a blind corner.

Fire extinguisher is a good idea especially if you have a lot of performance upgrades with more chance of something happening. Have one in my Trailblazer SS under the passenger side dash.

Great video. Honestly the headlight thing is crazy since I've only owned a 2022 civic. If I had an older car I definitely would forget to turn my lights off.

I have sort of like a big tool box type. With screwdriver flathead interior cleaning wipes window squeegee bottle of windex first aid kit scissors. Folding knife. Microfiber clothes. And some other stuff. It’s a love an hate relationship though since it takes a lot of space in my trunk. Will definitely have to remove some things and just put essentials into a small bag I need my trunk space lol. But will probably get the vtoman definitely something good to keep in the car for emergency.

They are a bit more expensive than a normal fire extinguisher but you can actually get a solid stick fire extinguisher that is super small, will fit in your glove box or trunk. The number of times you end up not using a fire extinguisher it isn't the worst to spend a bit more for the convenience of not having to mount something.
Don't mind paying more for convivence and or safety. Ya, never know when you might need it.

Hey Miller, fire extinguisher definitely good to have. You never know when you could need it, whether for your car or someone else you just happen to pass. Id try to find a way to mount under the driver seat by the adjustment bar. Love the videos

Great video, Jason. We can make a series of these videos every now and then. Offhand, there's those hockey puck style emergency LED lights to replace the old school safety road flares. They are safer more compact, reusable, and easy to store. I think you should have 3+ of those. So much more, but depending on your vehicle, you may not want to clutter them up. In future videos, you can add links in the comment section to the other videos in the series.

@@717PROJECT We can always have future videos with stuff. People can choose what they want, according to their needs. Some things are good to have, like an extra pair of shoes or other clothing, or a pair of coveralls or heavy rain gear and boots, etc. And of course, extra motor oil, water, or premixed engine coolant. I always was a pack rat ready for anything, so used to carry way too much stuff when I was younger.
I think I might actually pick up one of those electric tire pumps! Wasn’t really aware that those things existed. I’ve had so much bad luck with flat tires that I literally keep a power wrench in my trunk at all times now. It is so hot out here in Las Vegas and I would rather not have to manually remove the lugs all the tire.

Very good to keep a first aid kit these days for sure. I actually used the one that I had in my last truck several times off road and cut my hand on this or that and bam what do ya know I had a first aid kit. The first time I used it I swore I’d never have a car without one. With some cars now a days they don’t even have spare so you better be sure you got a repair kit too lol. 😂 the one question I have is me having a 2023 accord hybrid, if there’s a bad electrical fire with the battery is there any specific extinguishers rated for ev’s or hybrids. I’ve heard putting out an ev fire is way harder for fire depts once they start into the batteries
Electrical fires take a certain fire extinguisher. I've heard to just let EV cars burn. Fire companies can't put them out.
