Ma'am Is Cell Death : different modes of cell death and their regulation. Is same as this video ( Programmed Cell Death)?

Your Answer: In simple words Cell death refers to death of a cell.There are two ways by which cell death can occur.....The first one is Called Necrosis and the second one is Apoptosis...they are totally different from each other even they both responsible for death of a cell...(why?? we'll be there in a minute)..... In the case of Necrosis...death of a premature cell takes place..it is different from apoptosis as it has no specific molecule or chemical to be triggered...think of what happens if you put cells in acid or alkali...that means it's something not ought to happen...it's like dying before old age..not a normal death at all...On the other hand Apoptosis is like the perfect old age death.....when a cell reaches its perfect old age(Every cell has its own lifespan that differs from one type to another)..the mechanism is triggered and the cell undergoes Apoptosis... Apoptosis is called Programmed Cell death as it's already Programmed...ought to happen... Imagine it as a bitter truth of all cells...one day everybody have to die... however this is why it's called Programmed.... After reading all this boring lecture 😅if you are thinking 🤔 is cell death by Apoptosis is bad??..let me tell you....if cell Don't die and continues to grow...they will eventually form cancer 😬...hope this helped you..for more you can read...V.K.Agarwal.,Chand publication,second sem zoology book or in Introduction to General Zoology,Chaki-Kundu-Sarkar
