Is the eco quite a bit louder than stock? I have an eco on my grizzly 550 right now and I'm trying to decide how I want to quiet the exhaust down and if some of the avenues I'm looking at are even worth it
Not if you take the Spark arrester out. Thts what I did & placed a Black Path exhaust Tip on amd tbh mines louder than this Big Gun or whatever. Plus a HUGE increase in Power. It’s whatever ya like though- in the end.
Depending on the year, some mufflers have 3 or 4 bolts to take off on the very end off muffler. The whole baffle should come out. You can choose to cut the baffle off or replace it with end cap. Some guys I know has done both.
I have the 18’ model & I just put a Black Path exhaust Tip on mine & it sounds exactly like tht. Tbh maybe even a bit deeper. Your’s sounds really good but looks even better. Personally I’m not looking to drop $599 for a specialty exhaust. Instead I dropped $30 bucks & got the same exact result…. #BlackPath YamahaGrizzley
Iv had a tip also and 2 exhuast an done is a big gun and the tips are not as loud. And the big gun is like the cheapest exhuast you can get for these there under 300
Get the exhaust it's way better. I had bought a tip for 30 dollars and it barely made any difference compared to stock. Then I bought my big gun exhaust for 200 of ebay and it was twice as loud. The video does not do justice!
what model is your lounger in the back?
Did you have to get a tune because of the pipe?
Will the exaust off 700 fit 550?

Perfect mods... I wish I could get a new pipe, my neighbors complain when I fart outside let alone rev my toys.

The All Nighter Crew yes love it sounds better than the yoshimura rs5 or prolly cuz I have cams ect bore kit but sounds deep

Have u ever open inside the muffler an see what's inside of it I'm currently trying to remove mine but bolts won't come out any help

Packing probaly gone I’ve noticed my Yamaha big bear 400 is liuder I’ve had it since brand new in 2002 and it’s definitely gotten louder
