Opening Day of The Community Coral Reef

Created by artist Christina Harkness, the reef is made of knit, crochet, felted and recycled items made by her, and other contributors. See the corals and sea creatures on a living and dying reef.
The PNW Community Coral Reef Project is found at The Willamette Heritage Center in Salem, OR. It will be showing March 22, 2024 - June 22, 2024, 10 am - 4 pm, Tuesdays - Saturdays. www.willametteheritage.org.

Thank you for taking us to see the finished project. How beautiful, colorful and what a story the exhibit tells! I think I saw your shark. 😊 Do you know if school children are being invited as a field trip? It would be so educational about our environment and a fun atmosphere for the kids.
