There are three key things that are often missing in company crisis management teams and plans: (1) Clearly identified roles and responsibilities, (2) A formal assessment process, and (3) How to develop an Incident Action Plan (IAP). This session will touch on all three of those critical aspects of the successful Incident Management Team.
