As we go into wave 6, this remix really is the true finale for an era of Mario Kart and I can't be happier to have this as our final track.
It's actually easier in 8dx, which is actually a good thing, because in the of, it's hard as hell👍

This is not a remix, this is if the original song found god and ascended to a higher plane of existence
The fact that the song takes a long time to kick off is one of the things I love the most about it.
This remix can cure depression. Its not a joke.
You did this song JUSTICE! Wii Rainbow Road is one of the tracks that's near & dear to my heart. And hearing this remix brought me back to my childhood days when I was addicted to this game. No other remix will *EVER* compare to this. Not even the official one (if it does come to 8 Deluxe, which I'm sure it will).
It is the last course in wave 6 this year but 8deluxe version won’t sound like this

It was sounding verry calming at the beginning, but I wasn't expecting it to turn into a true masterpiece at the 1:23 mark.

It's rare to find a remix that beats the original by a long shot. It sounds like Wii but there's slight differences which actually improve the song.
Y’know, I don’t normally comment on videos, but I felt a need to this time. This remix is one of the best remixes of a video game song I’ve ever heard, and the fact that it has so few views is criminal. This is one of my favorite Mario Kart songs, so when the remix started off slow, I was worried, but after listening to the whole thing I was absolutely stunned. I honestly wouldn’t care if the Mario Kart 8 remix of this song wasn’t good because I’d still have this to listen to! Also, can I just say that the MK8 Rainbow Road reference was amazing, especially considering I’m not a huge fan of the original song. Now excuse me as I listen to this on repeat…

Ok I had left a comment a few days ago that I though I posted but I guess I'll just rewrite it.
This has gotta be one of the greatest remixes I've ever heard. I love how it starts off so soft and calm, ramping up to the very energetic and chaotic track that we're all used to. Keeping a part of the song like the original definitely kicks in nostalgia, but I also love the key change near the middle of the song, AND the reference to MK8 that you managed to fit in there. Ending the song just like how it started, calm and soft giving it a nice connection to the beginning of the track.
Constantly have this song on repeat while I work, I am OBSESSED!

Rainbow Road is really that one track (besides Moonview Highway) that will ruin your life, in a way. They're designed to be super difficult, but no matter what, you're destined to make it through. This remix of Rainbow Road is absolutely gorgeous! Makes me think of when I played it all the time with my brothers! Great job! :)

I really liked how the instruments were progressively added in during the first loop for it to come together at the start of the second one, and then everything afterwards kept making it better and better, it's all absolutely beautiful.
