I just wanna know how the hell you're supposed to stop a moose from licking your car!? Those absolute behemoths are gonna do what they want! If a moose has an urge to lick something chances are it's getting licked. Also I'm wondering if it's because they want to lick the road salt off cars. Maybe they could put up salt licks away from the highways for the moose to lick instead.
Yeah, I figured that must be what they are doing, a car sized salt lick. I guess you can get a car cover and use that to prevent them from licking the car? Dunno, as you said, they do whatever they want.

The first winter I lived in Maine was the great ice storm which started in Canada and at some point during the winter it was 50 below for nearly a week. Now I live in Salt Springs, FL, in the forest with the bears and gators. My most favorite place to live was in Searsport, ME.

Moved from Atlanta to Toronto. CULTURE SHOCK. No school lunches. Do you realize the amount or trauma that causes? Lunch was an hour. Teachers take lunch off. I think they call heads or tails to decide which 2 will watch ALL of the children. Everyone goes outside for the hour
Cold in Alberta, can vouch for this fact. As a teenager in Edmonton, my school bus stopped for a kid and the engine stopped, it was too cold for the engine. (She had forgotten to put cardboard covering over the radiator ). We (about a dozen ) ended up in the kids garage, because it was -31 and windy so probably -45 with the wind chill. I live in Eastern Ontario now, and I don't miss the frozen tears that glued your lashes to your face.
The More You Know!: Moose lick cars because of the rock salt used on the roads. Hoofed animals love salt because they tend not to get enough just from the plant material they eat.
Charlotte, or other cold weather dwellers... When its cold here ( North Carolina) our heating & air unit doesnt work very well if its below 20 degrees. It will only keep the house at 45-55 degrees running on high. And as it gets colder, it works less and less. Does that not happen to your heating units? How do you keep the house warm in such cold temps without a fireplace? Or is that (and maybe kerosene heaters) the only solution?
Just watched this straight after 'That's not how girls work' so your comments about the steak with reference to 'blood' & 'juiciness' had me laughing for a whole different reason

Grew up in Red Deer, Alberta. I always joke about how we had 2 Halloween costumes - one fitted one for school and one 3 sizes too big for night so it could fit over your snowsuit. Because you could damn well bet you were gonna be going through snow that night, lol. No short skirted princesses there. But it was the 80’s also. And I guess it isn’t as bad now, they generally don’t get snow until a few weeks later. Still is dark not long after school lets out through. When we moved to southern Ontario I was shocked by something called “snow days”. I was also shocked by how damn cold it gets. The numbers might not be as low but the dampness makes it feel 100x worse. But nothing can compare to the hell of a southern Ontario summer heat wave!!!

Not all moths eat fabric. Only the tiny little bas***D’s who ate the lovely sweater I knit my daughter for Christmas when she was 16. They’re tiny, vague brown little bugs so small you don’t know you’ve got them until your sweater’s gone! Most moths are very nice.

My daily dose of baby shark's "Ummmahh" and potato queen laughing at her own jokes🤣😂
I feel soul bonded with you right now because when you burped in the video, I ALSO BURPED! AND when I looked down because I wasn't sure if that really happened or not, it was a perfect silence when you looked at the camera too hahaha 😂🤣😂🤣
I told my daughter (16) about the Jr comment. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body but I was like Mija you wanna ruin some aholes day? Tell them "Man I feel so bad for you, and when they ask why, tell them you must be devastated to know their mum moans their name all the time, then pause and wait while they are in disbelief and the minute you see the wheels unlock, say, and still does, probably on a regular basis. K k k k kill zone." My daughter sat with her jaw dropped for like 10 minutes while I laughed so hard I cried. She was like "that's... that's... that's... I don't even... I don't even have a response." PERFECT!
Charlotte and her videos make my mornings feel possible 😌
No such thing as a possible morning,
When I was in school I would mess with my friends by saying “I have a mind like a steel sieve” no one ever asked me WTH? but several responded “Yeah, me too! “ My sieve humor for the day...
We lesbians are not insecure about the length of our fingers, because we know what to do with them 😉
For some reason I feel attacked. 😉😂🤣
🤣🤣🤣bi here. Lmao. Yes!!!
💯 😂
😂🤣😂🤣
OMG XD
Lesbians aren't insecure about the length of our fingers because we know how to use them, unlike some people who think size and length compensate.
As a fellow town kid from Alberta having to walk to school snow day or not. “uggs are not a fashion statement they are a necessity.” I felt this hahaha. Also why I moved West.
Thank God I didn't name my son after his father, or my father, or his father's father...or any other male relative on either side of our family. LOL I can't un-think that now!
I thought that "Perfect steak" was a pile of candy bars lol
A pile of candy bars would taste much better than that steak. 😆
I thought it was bark. It would probably taste like it too.
I thought it was candy too
Ditto, it looked like a pile of Mars bars to me!
I thought those were the bricket chips to start the BBQ. 😮
I've been looking for this comment.
Yeah, I figured that must be what they are doing, a car sized salt lick. I guess you can get a car cover and use that to prevent them from licking the car? Dunno, as you said, they do whatever they want.
Oh that makes sense thank you. I just thought they went around double-dog-daring each other.
Just…shook it away?
As a fellow Albertan, I remember wearing shorts during the 1988 Winter Olympics because we had an awesome warm chinook.
I love this, your videos bring me so much laughter and joy, thank-you for what you do❤️ You probably get a lot of suggestions so feel free to ignore but I was thinking doing a video about stupid questions would be hilarious, nothing better than social media to make you feel smart. Maybe something like "if you thought there were no stupid questions, watch this" or "stupidest questions asked on social media."
“Everything Everywhere All at Once” Taught me that the call to adventure can happen at any age!

I love your vibes and your commentary are damn hilarious 😂 you also good in making funny comments😂😂
I grew up in So. Burlington, VT., and at some point lived in Searsport, Me. The first winter I lived in Maine was the great ice storm which started in Canada and at some point during the winter it was 50 below for nearly a week. Now I live in Salt Springs, FL, in the forest with the bears and gators. My most favorite place to live was in Searsport, ME.
As a lad in Montreal, the neighbours used to pay me to free their dogs from being frozen to fire hydrants via their urine stream on really cold days.
I have always called that strainer thing a “Holy Bowl” … I’m now 40. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I always sing "greater is he that is in me, then he that is in the world, god is greater" when I need a cheese grater! (It's a religious song, but damn it sounds pervy now 😅)
I love the Hole Bowl thing. I love to cook and have multiple in my kitchen. Odd though since I also have severe Trypophobia
Haha did anyone else die inside slightly when she pronounced sieve as "seeeve" instead of "siv?"
I ALWAYS come to the comments for the funny! Tater Tots be humorous AF! 😂🤣
As someone utterly terrified of both butterflies and moths I can promise you I treat both equally horribly… actually I’ve been nicer to lunar moths… I genuinely have helped one out and brought it sugar water… I have cried at the sight of a monarch many times… I hate them and their flips flappity wings.
Moths and butterflies are just giant gross bugs with colorful wings
U really do make my day . Watching Ur videos really do make my depression lift Ur beautiful inside and outside. Ur so funny x
I just *cackled* at the joke with the steak, it took me some seconds though 😂😂😂 "That's not well done, that's congratulations!" 😂👏🏻
No! That is straight to the trash for the steak and straight to jail for the defiler of the steak!
Calling a sieve a 'hole bowl' discriminates against the humble collander.
They can both be hole bowls.
@@youknowwho9247 No.
A sieve is a mesh.
A collander has holes.
I did not anticipate having to explain this.
@@scubasmog To make it perfectly clear: Thus a collander is a hole bowl. It's a case of mistaken identity. Of course I may be mis-steak-en.
And it is seive is pronounced "SIV"
😃
The "perfect" steak looks more like beef jerky..😂😂😂
As someone who very recently just made steak jerky for the first time, I can tell you that not even that atrocity would be good enough to be considered jerky. That’s just bricks trying to disguise themselves as food. That is not any kind of actual food, full stop.
Edit: I should specify I was intentionally making steak jerky. It was very good.
I thought it was jerky too, but then I put my glasses on… but I’m someone who orders rare, sometimes mid rare…. I’ll eat it raw if they offer it.
4:32 That moment when you forget that YOU are the shark. Classic Charlotte, lol

Hilarious as always Charlotte you always make my day a little better. As a lesbian I've never been self conscious about the length of my fingers, has never even crossed my mind.
I heard a joke once. Q: What do you call a lesbian with fat fingers? A: Well hung.
The name with "junior" cracked me up 🤣🤣🤣
In another 45 minutes , Charlotte is going to speak on Vidcon 2022 creator panel . Catch it live on the Vidcon channel . They will start streaming in a few minutes . I think it is the industry/creator stream .
I live in Eastern Ontario now, and I don't miss the frozen tears that glued your lashes to your face.
stop putting yourself down sweetie; you are talented, hilarious and awesome. ♥️
I second this🥰
She does it with humor, if you can't make fun of yourself you can't laugh at anything else.
Best time of the day, thanks for making me smile Charlotte! 💕
We use Twizzlers as straws on Valentine's Day for Cupid floats for our 8 year old! Ice cream, cherry 7up and a twizzler straw! So good😄
Twizzler straw!! Yes, I have, and yes it was fun! It takes very little to amuse me!😂
OMG I love you and your videos!!
As a lesbian my response first was to laugh hysterically😂😂 second run to the comment section I know it’s going to be good😂😂
Right, right after she said that I started scrolling and liking comments
I was watching on my tv and had to jump on my phone just to see the comments!!!!
As a single male, I too laughed and came straight to the remarks :)
"I Broke My Fingers Running To The Comments"
My fingers work just fine, just have to watch the nails. If that's not good enough, we have "TOYS"😊😉
Much love to you, Charlotte ❤️ Thank you for always making my days just that much better !
The More You Know!: Moose lick cars because of the rock salt used on the roads. Hoofed animals love salt because they tend not to get enough just from the plant material they eat.
How do you stop a moose from doing anything it wants to do?
@@deathsecretary2055 that sign was placed in a spot that people will deliberately stop to let Moose do that. It’s more to tell them to not stop for it
@@jeffreycater5447 Thank you. That is honestly less surprising than it should be.
I live in Edmonton, Alberta, and have seen the ice rainbows. Besides my family living here I wonder why the hell I'm here too 🥶 🧊

I cannot unhear/unread that Jr, Mother, moan comment.. OMG I AM DYING. LMAO
Just watched this straight after 'That's not how girls work' so your comments about the steak with reference to 'blood' & 'juiciness' had me laughing for a whole different reason

A large moth accidentally flew into my mouth while viciously attacking a lamp. When a butterfly tries that shit then we'll talk.
I live in central MN, and every January/February, I ask myself the same question. Why do I live in a place where the air hurts my face? -40 sucks.
But nothing can compare to the hell of a southern Ontario summer heat wave!!!
lesbian here, I can tell you that having long thick fingers has never been a problem🤣🤣🤣 and yes my wife has made very interesting comments stating that she loves my fingers the exact way they are, 🤣🤣🤣 thank goodness I don’t put my name up on this app🤣🤣
Happy Saturday Charlotte!! Hope you had fun at vidcon

About the moths and lights. I saw an old cartoon when I was a kid that involved a moth being drawn to the light of the flame of a candle. This just resurrected that memory and now that I think about it, it's kind of terrible. I like moths/millers.
I am so calling it a hole bowl from now on!!!! And never noticed the similarity between the Statue Of Liberty, and Owen Wilson😂
“Ugg’s are not a fashion statement, they are a necessity” as an albertan, I fully understand this logic XD
Mukluks. Canadian version of Uggs, if you will...
They’re terrible for your ankles but hey, they’re comfy!
Speaking of moths, did you know that when you see a moth flying in a straight line, you have just witnessed a moth farting? 😳🤣 See you next time Sweet Charlotte!
Thank you!
Not all moths eat fabric. Only the tiny little bas***D’s who ate the lovely sweater I knit my daughter for Christmas when she was 16. They’re tiny, vague brown little bugs so small you don’t know you’ve got them until your sweater’s gone! Most moths are very nice.
I don't know why, but when I read this, an image popped into my head of a moth farting a rainbow 🤣

0:12 - Yes? So funny thing, scientists did some experiments around beaver habits and they found it's not the water but more the sound of flowing water. They would play water sounds on a speaker and the beavers they were studying would build on it. So, yes and no. It's more so they can build their lodges in the deeper water for safety.
