the second juicy dumpling one is from brand name bibigo which is Korean brand. They’re very reputable brand they’re known for their dumplings and have whole line of other food products. I love their shrimp fried rice and regular chicken dumplings too. All delicious!
See ingredients and high sodium content on these instant soups and Asian products..hard to find all natural ingredients I am asuan and I know msg is a big flavor enhancer so I just do not buy all that stuff
Bibigo makes good battered chicken with various sauces, the orange chicken is really good. It's actually made by Schwan's which I just found out when I saw the grocery clerk stocking the freezer.
Thanks Mike. The other day, I almost grab the Japanese Gyoza, but I didn't because I wasn't sure of its taste. Now after watching your review, I will go back and get a box.
I don't know. I've had the Tonkotsu and it's good. We've had the Meteor noodles, Pho, shrimp wantons, and others but the Tonkotsu disappeared like lightning compared to the others. Though my favorite remains the spicy buldak. The soup dumplings I have yet to see at my store, but am on the lookout for them.
Bibigo soup dumplings are made by the same company that makes the Trader Joe's soup dumplings. Easily my fave frozen soup dumplings on the market, especially the Trader Joe's pork and ginger flavor.
I just bought my first bamboo steamer basket and steamed my first buns today and they turned out great. I'm definitely gonna use it for more buns and dumplings. Plus other stuff lol
Had the same experience with the tonkotsu ramen (mediocre broth, never getting it again) and the Bibigo soup dumplings (thought they didn't look great but tasted good and will be buying them again). Need to find those gyoza!
The tonkatsu nongshim are great, in the scheme of instant noodles available outside of Asia. But they are... no longer available, at least in Australia. Appeared to be discontinued late 2022 or early 2023.
I wish I could go to Costco but I don't have a membership but bibigo is a korean company and their dumplings are amazing.ilove the pork and vegetables ones but I wish I can try the other ones on day.they looks so good
I've had those soup dumplings from Costco, and I can confidently say that they are one of the soup dumplings of all time. Those instant noodles looked kinda mid too. I wanna try the gyoza though.
I've bought both of those as well as the chicken soup dumplings by the same company and there's something about the dumplings that don't agree with me. Unfortunately they make me a bit nauseous. The noodles weren't fantastic either but I'm not big on instant noodles lol
Hi Mike. Love your content. 2 questions: 1. These soup dumplings look like Mila. Are they the same? 2. Why bite the top and drink the soup out? That ruins the whole experience of getting the soup, meat and dough together. I don't get why people would do that. Thanks!
The soup dumplings one gets in a restaurant are too large to pop in the mouth and they have much more soup in them. It's easier (and less burning) to break open the top and drink the soup out with a straw.
Im sorry but DO NOT use Balsamic vinegar for soup dumplings. Use some rice wine vinegar and soy sauce with your chili crisp . That was horrible advice dude
Can't believe you gave the beef pho dumplings 9.5/10 when you gave the soup dumplings a 9/10. I think the soup dumplings are great and 9/10 is pretty accurate. But the beef pho dumplings do not deserve 9.5/10 nor is it better than the soup dumplings. I would give them a 6.5 to 7/10. The skin is hard / tough to chew if you microwave it. I did not try to steam it. But steaming it might be better. The flavor is good, but still not as good as the soup dumplings. Gyoza flavor is good but can't say they are restaurant quality. Deep frying them might be a different story.
Bruh when you gonna learn after all these years that tonkatsu is the pan fried pork with panko while tonkotsu is the actual pork bone broth. Good lawd.
Dang! At 4:25, he fit the whole Dumpling in his mouth! To me, He could have just bit it in half and shown us the inside first. Lousy marketing! LOL! It looks really, really good though. Now I think I want some! Good thing I have some in the freezer!!
Bibigo never misses. Also, compared to most instant noodles (mainly Nissin and Maruchan) available in the US, that Tonkotsu ramen is fantastic. Nongshim makes superior products.
No Costco love in Asheville, NC. We only have Sam's Club and a. Ottom tier one at that. I think they might have some nasty "sesame chicken." Other than that, it's all white bread. 😭
ive had everything on this list besides the first dumpling and ye the ramen is very mid and bibigo tends to always be good. they also sell tteokbokki at costco in cups which is nice
I hope my Costco has those soup dumplings when I go on Wednesday. I live in northern Michigan, in the middle of nowhere. There are zero restaurants with soup dumplings up here.

Balsamic…like the rice

seeing Mike try foods I've been enjoying is so surreal

Everything I've tried from the Ajinimoto brand, I've fallen in love with!❤
of course it tastes great it has msg on everything
The chow mein noodles from Sams are SO GOOD!!
Thanks, Mike. Got to get some.
I love the shows u always do ❤❤
lol i love how you had to cut the dumplings coming out, I knew they would stick a bit with a crust like that! They looked pretty good though!!
Critical hit on the Tonkotsu. It's better than anything instant. It's not Ichiran but it gets the job done.
Yeah, I think he's going to be surprised how many people love those, they really are excellent.
@@markw1247 Yeah. It's probably a top five American-made instant noodle for me.
It tastes even better with a slice of cheese

Mike simping hard for a costco sponsor.

Mikey chen is turning into those costco food sample maids
Anything by bibigo is always 🔥
What location is the Costco you bought these? Not all of the locations have these. I live on Long Island (hubby grew up in Flushing).
Wax paper? Won’t the wax melt onto the dumplings? Wouldn’t parchment work better?
Ganna go haunt for them this weekend.. hope Costco in uk have some

I got my son the box of soup dumplings and he liked them.
Hey Mike. That's your signature! Putting a little hole into the dumpling. Lol 😆🤣 Enjoy!! 🌹🐞
Good format mate.
Thank you for sharing
..wax paper or parchment?
cause in eheat quite different.
I'm in Florida, was just at Costco and did not see any of these....Do you know if these are nationwide
?
wheres the link to the chilli oil?

Ton-KOH-tsu 豚骨. Please Mikey, not Ton-KAH-tsu とんかつ. (which is Pork Cutlet) 😅
He's been to Japan and had both the ramen and cuttlet. I think he knows.
Parchment paper and don't forget to cut some vent holes in the paper
Why the vent holes, might I ask?

Bibigo is not a bad dumpling. I have thier kimchi ones to try. I ate all my mini chicken dumplings. I was throwing a handful in my instant ramen.

0:32 Agree. They're adorable.
I wanted to try this new dumpling at Costco but mine doesn’t have them 😦 I don’t know why they don’t have the same food 😱 I will keep searching
Going to Costco tonight! Must buy dumplings asap. Almost took a bite out of my iPad. Lol

Hey, that tonkatsue Raman is Very VERY similar to Ichiran from Japan minus a ton of oil! Very good!
Bibigo dumplings are really good, I agree. Short and sweet this time, eh?
Those Gyoza's look right, Mike! 😊
Mikey must be sponsored by Costco now.

My Orlando Costco doesn't have any of these goodies.
I saw it in clermont Costco

Lots of 🥟 from COSTCO are 🔥
They still have the 🇰🇷 bbq version ? 🧐
Bibigo Bulgogi Mandu is the only dumpling I buy, but Costco only stock them once in a while.
I tried that ramen bowl once and I agree that the broth isn't rich enough. It was kinda bland.
Tonkatsu and Tonkotsu are two DIFFERENT things.

You have me HUNGRY right for them
I’ve tried a lot of food from Costco and they are ok. I’m not sure I would pay for a membership to get them tbh.
Never had anything good from Bibigo, I’ll pass.
Has anybody ever gotten a response from Mikey?
I gotta go to Costco now!
I like to eat my soup dumplings in one bite. After you drink the soup, it's just regular dumpling.
Those are me favorite noodles
Hey Mikey! The second dumpling you tried has a sauce distribution channel right on the plastic tray, just squeeze it into the marked spot! 😂
The tray's sauce spot is kinda small. Mike likes to lay the whole dumpling into the sauce.

Only the real ones take one biter of the soup dumplings. Not a nibble and a bite. That's an amateur move!

I think he just added too much water to the tonkotsu ramen, looked alright to me
Looks can be deceiving. I've already had them. Mike's right. The seasoning isn't that flavorful.

Have to disagree about the steamed soup dumpling-beef pho, had an off taste
microwave soup dumping is nice sounding for work
Sorry Mike. Dallas hates you.
You make me so hungry for dumplings! 🤤
tonkatsu and tonkotsu are two different things..
It's not Ton-KA-tsu ramen. Those are Ton KO tsu ramen. One letter, in English but in Japanese, it's ”豚カツ” (breaded fried pork) vs "豚骨” (pork bone)
What do u think of the hexclad pan? I'm just not sure if should try them
Beef pho dumplings sound amazing. Highly doubt my Costco has them, but will need to keep an eye out.
Mikey bro you need a proper big wok to cope that size bun steamer.😂
Bibigo dumplings are yummy!
Where is the sauce recipe???

I purchased the Ramen last year and didn't like the broth. Glad Mikey didn't recommend it.
