if you come by Sydney next time, next to Chinatown is Thaitown and up few blocks is Koreantown and across to Regent Place is Japanese hub.... Also swing by Burwood for more Chinese street foods, Ashfield for dumplings, Strathfield for Korean and bit further away Cabramatta for Vietnamese.... all these suburbs are right at the train stations

Mike, you missed the opportunity -- put some of the fish IN the noodles! Let the flavor of the soup meld with the fish. Maybe that would make the fish more palatable.
fish into hot noodle broth would just make the fish turn into mush. would have been better to put some of the fish into the pancakes with a bit of lemon.
I thought he was gonna pour some of the spicy broth over the fish after they were missing the spice. 😂

Being a regular Costco person here in Australia, have tried each of these in Video, I would say your comment/recommendation are really reliable. I wish you could try few more things which have good quality yet with reasonable price!!!

Next time you go to Sydney you should check out the suburb of Eastwood in the north of Sydney.
The suburb is divided by the train line. Korean on one side, Chinese on the other.

Australia is such a mixed bag of cultures, there is no real traditional food unless you're talking about "bush tucker" , we steal everyone else's ideas and make them better with the awesome quality of our produce
I agree, we really are such a lucky country to have such a diverse rage of different cultures foods readily available, plus amazing fresh produce, and it’s amazing to see that our indigenous foods are becoming not only more popular but more readily available…
Depends if your going out or cooking at home lol we have a variety of things.. our chicken parmas are usually good... we cook delicious roasts and amazing pavlovas lots of delicious things
This is like asking what British food is. Native Australian food is as dead as its native OG population. You're better off asking what dishes Aussies made better.
practically just shepherds pie, $4 meat pies and chicken parmas. if we want good food we pretty much go for asian food, italian, greek or middle eastern, of which the quality is high, quantity is high and price is high :D

Super stoked that the microwavable Luv-A-Duck duck breasts got such a great rap. My family loves them, so easy to prep, so full of flavour, and perfect for adding to fried rice and tons of other stuff. We stockpile them when they go on sale in the supermarkets (they have a decently long shelf-life)

You should be able to get smaller packs of that peking duck kit from coles or Woolworths, don't have to go into costco for it
Maybe if you put the wagyu puffs in an air fryer they might have been better, crunchy for sure
But didn't he say that the actual meat tasted indistinguishable to ground beef? I don't think crisping up the puffs will change that.
