  • I bought a Warp 9 Flex mount system as I was having problems with tendinitis in my elbows.
Also a great ride with a couple of really good riders on their KTM 200's on a local trail system.

Bro.😮 that was so scarey. I loved every minute of it. My adrenaline had sky rocketed! So, that's what you do. Wow I'm really impressed. You are really skilled. Those trails are so narrow I was at the edge of my seat for every hair pin turn. Can't believe it. Was awesome to watch. Who new you'd be a u tube star as well. Love ya. Sister Shawn Marie.

Great ride Schredder, remember you lowered your foot pegs, now raised your bars, you completely changed your riding geometry, maybe try a new bar with different bend and sweep, could be the answer to the perfect cockpit. My moto is (Stab and Dab, Don't become a Slab) Keep on shredding

Thanks! I definitely feel better in the cockpit with a lot less back soreness, but I think you are right about the bars.
      Feets Up!

Yeah, the achilles heel of the Ultra Bee is that short wheelbase, great in the tight switchbacks, not so much on the rougher terrain & when pointed uphill.
Updated suspension will help some & make the bike more comfortable overall, but that 53.5" wheelbase will always be an issue going up when it's loose & rough.
Great trails you've got right out the door - youre lucky.

There is definitely give and takes to the short wheelbase. Rough terrain is not a problem in general. Mainly steep, rocky hill climbs are the problem. I did put a steering damper on yesterday and rode some technical trails today.
I think it helps a lot with the deflecting problems that I was having with the techy hill climbs.
I do plan on upgrading the suspension next winter.
Yes, we are very lucky for sure to have quality trails so close to home.

Ive been singing the praises of a damper for the UB since day one !
Those should've been standard equipment from the factory - completely changes the bike for the better.
Mine had some air in the system when new & had a 'dead' spot in the middle - it's easy to swap out the crappy oil for some 5wt fork oil & put the cap on without getting air in.

@@sidluxurious7816 I agree! It works great and seriously helps the deflection problems.
