My Ultra Bee has a top speed of 49mph with 54 tooth sprocket, and super torquey with the throttle sensitivity set to 2. Top speed is 56mph with stock sprocket and still pretty torquey but not nearly as much as 54 tooth. Better for road riding though. I'll pass on the controller update, though I would like to do something about range. Looking forward to you battery upgrade video.
Thanks for the code! TC100 has been sold out everywhere but Puget had one in stock, had to grab it. If you play around with tunes and find something great for trail riding it would be great to see in a video
Glad I could help! Puget is my go to! I am working on tuning now. Been on a couple rides and my tunes are almost where I want them. Once they are perfect, I will create a tuning video. I wish there was a video out there on this!
@y2k1307 i don't know about standard configuration i max it out. you can get almost 4 percent for one kilometer. with the stock controller it's 2 3 percent but both cases flooring it on the gas.
Showtime the power upgrades are coming now !!! Ultra Bee is a monster upgraded. Great content that you put out, now you’ll be able to ride straight over the mountains in no time.
good vid thanks for sharing. Im interested in seeing your range with this controller and stock battery vs controller and big battery. The weight difference between stock and big battery is pretty significant and wondering if that will affect range. Might be better off just having 2 stock batteries and doing a swap at the truck.
@@surronsd I'll try that. I'm planning on getting a set of sumo wheels w/ a smaller sprocket and then I'll play with the field weakening for my "street" tune.
I’m stock battery n motor but field at max on 54t sprocket was awesome and motor didn’t really heat up but I’m off road as well .. lol never tried it off I will tomorrow
Still off, haven't played with it much. I mainly ride off road where my average speed is around 15-20mph. I think it helps with higher top speeds. With my 54T sprocket it already feels like the motor is strung out. Not sure I would want the motor spinning any faster.
Thx for the video!!I'm thinking about buying a TC 1000 controller but I'm worried about losing a lot of autonomy. Could you tell me how much distance you travel with 1 charge with the TC 1000? thank you very much
I think I would need to increase field weakening to achieve 17kw. I maxed out all the specs besides field weakening and it said est. power to be at 15.5kw. Still testing,
Sport, but that doesn't mean anything, I could make sport mode slower than eco through the app. You have the ability to tune each mode however you like. For this, I just used Sport mode and maxed all the settings out.
@@ShiranaiOki thx for the feedback! Waiting on a proper mic too so you hear less of the chain in every ride. Always working on the quality of my videos.
@@mai-deum3731 yeah def get one. I messed around with all the cheap chains and I regret it. Should of just started with a high quality x-ring from the start. 58T is goign to be a wheelie machine!

Field weakening is basically a way of getting more speed out of the motor at the expense on Torque
I actually got the torp after watching this video i was sold on it. Soon getting the 82v 🔋
You’ll love it!
@@zekdhey you know where i can get only the battery lid part? The part that needs replacing for the 82v battery.
How much ride time is lost when using the stock battery with the TC1000 in its standard configuration?

Field weakening will control top end power unlocking more top speed at the cost of more heat build up
Good to know, I'll leave it at 0 for now. I mainly ride off road so I don't need a faster top speed,
@@zekd yeah I run mine pretty low at 25a, not much need for off-road as much.

How much more speed do you get out of this when fully enabled?
I'm interested to see if the controller affects your range while you still have the stock battery.
My stock road version Ultra bee does 58 stock. Odd yours is 45.
Keep them coming!
You got it 😎
Are the plugs with the green caps on them extra and left loose ?
Great vids mate did you play with field weakening? Or still off

With the amount of money you throw at the upgrades. You could probably buy Stark Varg.
Still this is so light it has different purpose. .

Yes it does. During this recording it was not available but a software update came out shortly after that included that functionality.
