Brothers and sisters I just got my total knee replacement on June 14th 2023 !
Some people just think they can just come home and just put their leg up and just rest !
If you don't start doing the physical therapy exercises at home guess what your leg is going to hurt and you're going to hate your knee replacement !
When they help me to get on my feet that morning I was off and running !
But my surgeon prayed over me and himself before we went into the operating room !
I've never had a doctor pray over me before in the name of Jesus you know !
The doctor told my wife my sister-in-law that my knee replacement fit me like it was made for me !
Now that's the power of prayer !!
I love my new knee !
    Glory to God !!!

I can't believe ANYONE wouldn't want at least one rail in their stairway (their home) Accidents van happen even if you don't have any physical issues!

Handle of the cane should be in level with the hip trochanter.right.?

Bilateral knee op. What do you do? Both knees done. No chance!

Ok, but when the railing's on the same side as the bad foot, then what?

What to do when you have only one hand?

What if you're getting your right hip replaced and the railing is on the left side. Would you hold the rail, step up with your left leg and use the cane in your right hand and then carefully step up with your right operated leg?

Please stop using the “good leg” ….it’s confusing. It’s best to us “operated leg” or “non operated leg”.
