I feel with quarantine, I’ve been more disturbed by social media and it’s demand for me to consume more. It’s been triggering my depression some, making me feel like I have so little. I really dislike that the assumption is that everyone wants kids. "What happens WHEN they decide to have kids?" - why is that the first thing everyone thinks of? Why "when"? Why not "if"? Also, a lot of people who choose the tiny home lifestyle are trying to lessen their impact on the environment, therefore have chosen to be childfree.
This home is STUNNING. Absolutely gorgeous. I love that they used a lot of planning, visualization and meditation and then poured their creativity into this master piece... what an accomplishment!
I love the interior design but I would’ve bumped my head waking up. lol! They needed a vaulted ceiling for the bedroom. Also, she’s aging beautifully! 😍
Tiny houses on wheels have an overall height limit, and having to put so much insulation in ceiling & floor to make this is tiny house fit for all Canadian seasons is what costs the height in the loft space. Can't vault the ceiling and still have it street legal...

I love this tiny house so much. They have so much stuff, but it doesn't look/feel cramped. The focus on white and textures it's on helps a lot for that. The aestetic of the bridge is so pleasing. What i love most is the archways and plants around it plus the light that comes, white walls, and mirror, make it even better. It's so cozy and inviting.
This is one of the prettiest little houses I've ever seen. As a retired interior designer and architect, making the scale model well ahead of the build cuts out a lot of potential probblems with space design WRT livability. Love the simple Myconos-inspired interior. Love the catwalk. This is actually one of the few tiny houses I could actually see myself living in. Well done!

My husband and I are hoping they allow it as well so we can do this within the next 5 years. Plus the organized townships are awful if you want to live off the grid. We are definitely slaves to the system here.

The moss is carefully harvested from forest not far from where the tiny house sits. She is extremely vigilant to not take all the moss in each area, so that it can continue to flourish. Once harvested it still retains its colour.
This house touches my spirit so much. It's exactly what I envisioned years ago but on a bigger scale. I am now in my 40's and this size would definitely work for me.

YOU GUYS RULE😍 I'm still on my 400sqfoot tiny journey. But after seeing all the long shaped and very expensive "tiny" home's, I've been forced to recalculate my options. 65k-75k is just too much for me right now. So I plan to downsize to 300sqfoot which is pushing it. I've taken up DIY thanks to all the amazing UA-cam's peps who show me that even a pricey little chick like me can use a circular sander and paint. San Francisco California 350sqfoot studio in the hood is now $3,100 a month. You can have up to 3 roommates at the time of signing a lease in a studio. 😣lm just no longer ok with being 33 with a masters in accounting living with grownups who don't buy me dinner. Tiny is the way to go but zoneing and land rentals make it impossible for normal people. I do plan on getting my tiny house by the end of 2020. You just have to make sure you know your CITY and State law's before clearing out your savings and buying something that may not fit your lifestyle.
Rosemary Williams There is a lot that has alarge privacy fence near the middle of San Francisco where they have at least 4 tiny homes. It's probably still there. They had room for more. The people are DIY'ers.

How depressing!! 😪 They will still have to pay land rent far-far outside of Toronto. (Should have moved somewhere cheaper a long time earlier. Bought a used trailer and saved up.) Her generous use of the words " I built " was totally embarrassing him. Feels like- the minute he meets a hotter woman, with a real house, he's moving out. He was staying somewhere during the week,(maybe his parents house?) so they haven't actually lived in it full-time together, yet. The work is admirable of her, for use as a cottage, otherwise...Such a sad story.😪

My husband and I are hoping they allow it as well so we can do this within the next 5 years. Plus the organized townships are awful if you want to live off the grid. We are definitely slaves to the system here.

No one is asking any of you to pay this. These people own their home now. Millions of people can't say that. Congratulations are in order. The only home that would cost that much in rural Illinois would need a ton of work fixing up before it was worth living in. And that's rural Illinois. So... whaterva I guess.

I really want to know more about thr moss wall in the kitchen. Is it living moss?
The moss is carefully harvested from forest not far from where the tiny house sits. She is extremely vigilant to not take all the moss in each area, so that it can continue to flourish. Once harvested it still retains its colour.

YOU GUYS RULE😍 I'm still on my 400sqfoot tiny journey. But after seeing all the long shaped and very expensive "tiny" home's, I've been forced to recalculate my options. 65k-75k is just too much for me right now. So I plan to downsize to 300sqfoot which is pushing it. I've taken up DIY thanks to all the amazing UA-cam's peps who show me that even a pricey little chick like me can use a circular sander and paint. San Francisco California 350sqfoot studio in the hood is now $3,100 a month. You can have up to 3 roommates at the time of signing a lease in a studio. 😣lm just no longer ok with being 33 with a masters in accounting living with grownups who don't buy me dinner. Tiny is the way to go but zoneing and land rentals make it impossible for normal people. I do plan on getting my tiny house by the end of 2020. You just have to make sure you know your CITY and State law's before clearing out your savings and buying something that may not fit your lifestyle.

There is a lot that has alarge privacy fence near the middle of San Francisco where they have at least 4 tiny homes. It's probably still there. They had room for more. The people are DIY'ers.
🤔 She used funds from an accident to build herself a home? Moral of the story- Ladies- don't date handsome dusties. How depressing!! 😪 They will still have to pay land rent far-far outside of Toronto. (Should have moved somewhere cheaper a long time earlier. Bought a used trailer and saved up.) Her generous use of the words " I built " was totally embarrassing him. Feels like- the minute he meets a hotter woman, with a real house, he's moving out. He was staying somewhere during the week,(maybe his parents house?) so they haven't actually lived in it full-time together, yet. The work is admirable of her, for use as a cottage, otherwise...Such a sad story.😪
I would like to know about the heater of fire stove. I want to get one like that. I really like this tiny and believe I could live in it all the time. Thank you.
