She's very devout and she is now doubting that God exists ans she sings to Him all her doubts and anger. Thou was too personal.. So it was cleansed from speech.. In Swedish.. Ni was deemed too hierarchical and was removed from speech.. We are using different pronouns in both language.. And they mean different things.
