I haven't seen the movie but I interpret the lyrics as a woman that has lived in an abusive relationship, and finally had the courage to leave. She had very dark moments during this period, and only the will to be around on earth made her carry on. She never forgot who she was deep inside. If you ask me Swedish is a better language to sing in then English, you can often hear people singing in English kind of twisting the pronunciation to make it work with the music, dont happen very often in Swedish. Of course only someone that speak Swedish could hear that 😋
