Jes, will the perennials you put in the containers survive the winter, or will you need to put them in the ground? I know it takes a few weeks to get them established before the ground freezes. Really pretty color choices!

I got another one for ya Jes! Paradise by the late great John Prine. My dad and I used to sing it. He passed away it will be 3 years ago this September, leaving his church choir practice (he played the guitar) riding his motorcycle home (without a helmet 😭) & a deer ran out in front of him. When you were digging out the purple geraniums, to your left going up the hill, what kind of white panicle hydrangeas are those? I want a medium to large hydrangea that will get afternoon sun. Would that one work you think?? Thank you!!! 🌼🌸🌼

Thanks Janet! Those are Limelight Hydrangea. Ive had them in the ground for about 5 years and they are about 6 to 8 ft tall. They come smaller in Limelight Prime which is about 4-5 ft tall, and then also a smaller one called Little lime which is like 3-5 ft tall. Any of these will work great depending on how big you want it to get

I know it’s your neighbors cat, but outdoor cats shouldn’t be a thing. They end up killing millions of song birds each year. :(
Most of these cats are well fed and cared for and only kill for the fun of it. As for the chipmunks they are native here to North America, here years before us. We should learn to live with them not kill them. Cats are actually the non native species.
