1:00 Plough
1:12 Sled
1:32 removal of fish plate for connecting sled with the old rail.
1:45 new rails tied with the fish plates
1:52 8 sleepers removed for plough placement.
2:32 New rail placed on rail handling unit.
2:59 Connection of sled with the old rail, locking with sling chain.
3:40 Fishplating of new rail, with last day's laid new rail.
4:18 Placement of TRT machine wheel on crawler based sled. ( How this movement of machine is done? Complete machine is hauled by engine or machine moves back of its own? )
4:37 Placement of dynamic plough on balast bed.
4:55 Placement of new sleepers
10:43 (Is this backward movement is happening during closure of work?)
11:10 Mechanism for sleeper spacing, Indexing wheel( This should be explained before. Also, concept of indexing wheel can be explained.)
11:24 removal of sled during closing of work. Locking arrangement.
11:42 Lifting and taking out of plough
11:57 Existing old rail to be connected with renewed new rail by fish plating.
This is one of the best explained video available on youtube on working of TRT. Many many thanks to the creator. You have done excellent work.
I am late to see your video, the information, shooting and explanation,in this is good good and good congrats,,
Very useful Gokul sir, we hv TRT from next week onwards.thank u so much for such an informative vedio
very useful man. thank you so much for this video.
The most important activity one you have tied the old rail with sled at the time of starting work than how old rail is swung out
Super sir
Thankyou... 👍
Very useful sr
Nice job sir
Thank you 👍
Bahut sunder
Is this 130KMPH upgradation works sir ?
No, Already this route is B route... CTR is done around 6kms.
@@Gokulrajpway how much speed can this rail track support
This video is of which railway
Is this new rail 260 m in length? I also want to know about those new design sleepers are these good for supporting semi high speeds ?
Yes... This is 60kg 260m lenth rails.
Now new sleepers are capable for 60Kg rails and also for 52kg rails.
@@Gokulrajpway I think this grade of tracks is well capable of speeds like 220-250 Kmph if in-cab signaling and fencing along tracks are achieved.
keşke her yere demiryolu döşense.
Please hindi language
Information provided is not covered as whole. One you tied sled with old before starting the work than how old rail slewing out unless sled untied with old rail. You didn't cover it in this video. You also haven't control the closing of the day work precisely. It's really poor PWI sahab
If possible can you please arrange to share those missing points.
