the reason i love watching Randolph and a fellow aussie like unlisted is because they have the same energy that i feel the same connection and kid like essence of pokemon cards and the love they have is similar to mine. seeing randy and his icon in the community interact is so rewarding and reminds me of why i love pokemon. you have come so far and the things you are achieving is amazing!! i love the art and ive started drawing a few for my own fave cards!

Absolutely love the color matching and alternate artwork! Not only does the case make the card look better but the color mathing and alternate artwork makes the labels seem like part of the cards artwork. Cant wait to send you a ton of my cards to be graided!
My partner and I collect a lot of the Alt Art Cards + Character cards and I absolutely love what you did with the labels and transition of the art. Beautiful! I am however a bit concerned in relation to the transparency when it comes to your grading. I think that if you have a different method to grade then the typical, this should have been transparent on your website. YES, it's great for collectors that already have the cards and want them to remain in their collection but definitely not good for re-sale (currently) and that misinformation could cost people a pretty penny. I think it's a positive step forward that ACE is going to be releasing the additional steps taken for your grading system. The public can then make a decision on what's best for them when they are looking at grading companies. Would love to see a video on this! Hopefully in time ACE grading will gain momentum and people will start collecting based on the service you provide. We are personally waiting until the madness dies down a bit and see where the market takes us with grading before we send any cards in. Looking forward to seeing more of ACE!

I went off Pokemon a little while ago, I think the over saturation of it all and the inflated value killed the vibe for me and I sold most of my collection and even my Switch which I pretty much only owned for the games, after I didn't enjoy them as much as I did previous ones. However I still love to watch your videos for the genuine passion and this "collab" was amazing too, no paid words, just pride and enjoyment of seeing someone appreciate an amazing service. Hoping someone in the UK (preferably yourselves) does this for Yu-Gi-Oh as those labels and the product as a whole are incredible. Wouldn't even care about the grades either, just the slabs to preserve those special cards would be nice. - Something to maybe consider one day, keep up the great work, Randolph!

I feel like these big companies like PSA and Beckett are going to discontinue their Pokémon card grading services the second it becomes less profitable than other playing cards. Where as a grading service like ace will be around long after hype for the hobby dies down! On top of that, the matching colors and custom artwork on these are INSANE! The second ace grading services go international I’m going to send them everything! Peace from the USA brother.

Pretty cool that you started a grading company. I know some other grading company's that are not PSA or Beckett have some ugly looking labels. But i can say with 100% confidence that this label is not one of them. I actually really love the way some of the labels look and match with the cards. One think that popped in my head while watching this was if you can some how make some of the labels holographic. I just thought it would look even more sick if like the rainbow label was holographic as well matching the rainbow rare card. You could even make it so that only the cards that grade a 10 get a Holo version of the label making the card even more premium then it already is. IDK just an idea that might make you guys stand out even more then you already are.

The thing is, you can never submit cards to ACE. I have only seen their service open once and it was a 20 card limit. By the time I removed the other cards from the list, the service closed.

So that it pulls up a page from your database individually? Then have an online breakdown of why the card was graded as it was? Just an extra way to use the QR code, and helps individualise each code that little bit further to prevent fraud in the future? Just an idea, love you and your content brother 💙

Given the grading scale I don’t think I’d send in any big hitters but some slightly lower value cards that can get special labels would be cool to have in the collection. Hope you guys open up for USA send in soon so I can send a few cards out!

Hey man huge fan of yours and excited for ace grading to be available in the United States. I would be curious to see the detailed reasoning behind some of the grades because they do seem harsh but seeing as to why would help understand
While I do think that your slabs are higher quality and more robust than the likes of PSA, even if I ignore the fact that PSA slabs will likely hold value better (because I'm a collector, not an investor), I think the quality of your labels do not really match up to the cards. 1. The layout of the text is a little too crowded. The font is also not the greatest. Even though the Ace Grading logo is nice. 2. The color matching is not always accurate. You guys need to invest in the Pantone system, like how Linus Tech Tips had done. 3. The art work themselves (not always) often look a little too amateurish and actually reduces the prestige of the cards. It's like putting a Van Gogh in a frame from Ikea. My advice would be to invest in the Pantone system to get the color matching accurate, then invest in a proper Graphic Designer to redesign the text and layout to looks more professional and forget about matching the art on the cards because unless you're gonna hire a high caliber illustrator from Japan, it's a super tall order, considering how many cards and different styles you would have to design for. Again, this is just my personal opinion. I've been a viewer for a while now. Please don't send haters to my channel. XD
Maybe an feature for later: that people can scan the qr-code and when they can the qr-code they can see with the info thats already their they also can see why the card got and 8 or a 9 etc. And that saves paper and is better for the environment. Good luck in the future

The labels on these are unreal! I can't wait for the service to be available in the U.S. I have a couple of full art Japanese cards, including that Pikachu from the video. I'll wait and choose Ace over PSA or CGC because I want to keep these cards in my collection.
Can I send in my older Ace slabs to get re-graded with the newer (2nd version) Ace slabs, the standards are so much higher and I would love to have my cards in the more refined cases?
