Hi Rich. Thank you so much for the comment. This unit is such a beautiful one, it has been completely updated and upgraded and it will be a great purchase for someone looking to live that quintessential Las Vegas High-Rise lifestyle. I hope you're doing well. Also, here's the link to the 3D Virtual Tour... my.matterport.com/show/?m=sq6NiYikGFn&brand=0
Your videos are getting alot better with the little details of the units u show do a video of the amenities of the towers to show what daily life there is like living there and is the a path where u could walk to the strip from the towers
Hi Ethan. Yes, there is a path to walk from Panorama Towers directly to City Centre (Cosmopolitan, Aria, Vdara and Crystals Mall). I am taking your suggestion serious and will start making videos about the building amenities. Thanks for the compliment and the comment, I hope you're well.
What a great video! I didn’t like the cherry cabinets in the beginning but they grew on me and now I like everything about the place. It’s a perfect guys pad. I bet the association fees are expensive.
+Mark Medley Hi Mark. Unit 1100 is in immaculate condition and the cherry finished cabinets fade into the background because the huge city/Strip views and upgrades. 😉 Kidding aside - this unit is incredible and the HOA fee is $1,050 per month, which seems high, but you get a lot for your money. Here is the list of amenities for your money… Panorama Towers Amenities Include: -24hr Guard Gate -24hr Roving Security -24hr Concierge -24hr Valet -Biometric Security System -Limo/Car Service -2 Outdoor Pools -2 Outdoor Spas -2 BBQ Areas -2 Dog Parks -2 Performance Gyms -Free Weight Gym -Yoga Studio -2 Indoor Saunas -2 Indoor Spas -2 Locker Rooms -Treatment Rooms -2 Basketball Courts -2 Racquetball Courts -Business Center -Theater/Poker Room -Morning Coffee Service -On Property HOA Best! I agree. Unit 1100 has a great floor plan and has been thoughtfully and beautifully designed to create the quintessential Las Vegas condo. Let me know if you would like to see it.
Hi. I will make sure to make a 1 bedroom unit video right away and you'll receive a notification once I post it. Also, the HOA fee for the units is based on the size of the units and the current fee rate is $0.69 per sqft. If you would like to see one of these units, please feel free to reach out and I will make it happen. Thank you for the question.
Hi. Both properties are fantastic, but Panorama Towers has a larger property and building footprint, which allows for a spacious experience when interacting with the amenities. Panorama Towers has dual amenities, superior views and balconies from most units and a guard gate. Also, the diversity of floor plans at Panorama Towers is better. I recommend previewing both properties and seeing multiple units. Are you in the market to buy? If so, email me and I will show you units. Thank you for the comment, I greatly appreciate it.
The statue is not Japanese as you keep referring. It replicates a Terracotta Army Soldier from the Qin Dynasty, the first Emperor of China. Nice unit btw, and I wouldn’t mind having it.
Hi David! Thank you for the observation and correction on my poor assumption, I greatly appreciate the fantastic feedback. I looked up the Terracotta Army and it's fascinating and beautiful. I'm adding a link to the Terracotta Army wikipedia page so folks can enjoy how spectacular these sculptures are. Again, thanks for the comment. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terracotta_Army
+Raymond C Hi Raymond. Thanks for watching my video and leaving a comment, I greatly appreciate it. I am actually working on a Panorama Towers/The Martin to City Center (Aria, Cosmopolitan, Vdara, Crystals Shops) via Harmon Bridge video this week and I should have it up by Friday. I’m going to add a onscreen timer so that you can actually see how long it takes to walk over. If you subscribe to my channel and hit the notification bell, you’ll know exactly when I post it. Thank you again. -Steve
