- This week we toured this luxury high-rise in Las Vegas, Nevada called the Panorama Towers. It's located just west of the Strip and has some incredible amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, 24/7 valet, concierge and security, a car service and more! There is also a theatre room, game room with a pool table, and meeting room on the third floor.

The courtesy car is a nice touch. However a rooftop zipline down to las Vegas blvd would be even better.

Just came back from LV had a great time. I believe that with Miami LV is a city of the future. We see what is happening in many large cities across America. SF, Chicago and NYC are on a death march if they continue with their policies.

Really awesome video! I was curious about the townhomes, about whether they were lower in price when compared to the tower condos? And are there any listings to get a general idea of what the price of those would be? Thanks in advance, and I look forward to future videos!
Thank you! The town homes don’t come up for sale very often because of the very limited quantity. Looks like the last one that sold was in 2019 for $450,000 2 bedroom, 1,815 sq ft. In terms of rental prices, a 2 bedroom rented in January for $2300/mo. These townhomes are under the address: 4535 Dean Martin Dr. if you wanted to look up some photos of ones that previously sold.
We lived in LV Summerlin the most beautiful city in US.We still missed that time,had to move because very bad medical services. My husband was misdiagnosed, but NY Medical service extends his life for 7 years.
Vegas healthcare definitely doesn’t compare to other cities! My parents also lived in Summerlin and my mom had thyroid cancer, was misdiagnosed for months before finding out. Glad your husband was able to get good medical care in ny
I believe LV is ranked 46th in the country for worst health care services. Recently read an article saying LV can't attract quality providers for the move.
How many square feet was this unit?
Do you know of any other condos near the strip with an indoor basketball court?
Panorama is the only one I know of with that amenity

It ranges depending on square footage of the unit! A unit similar in size to the one in the video would be about $1700/mo in hoa. But smaller units (1180 sq. ft.) for example would run about $761/mo. Thanks for watching! Contact me with anymore questions

Is it included water bill/ electric bills?
Water is always included in these mega condos. Electricity your on your own. They don’t have separate meters for water.
