Hi Thomas. There are only a few high-rises in Las Vegas that offer gas burners and Panorama Towers in one of them. I personally love to cook on gas burners, I feel I always over cook on the electric cooktops. Thank you for the comment, I greatly appreciate the feedback.
Hi Linda. Great observation! I have asked that same question to sellers that originally bought in the building and they said adding a door to enclose the toilet area was never an option with the units. However, I have seen upgraded units with a door added, but the space where the toilet is located/isolated to a specific space that is quasi enclosed is specific to only a few floor plans and all others are wide open. I agree, bathrooms with dual sinks need toilet privacy. Thank you for the comment, I appreciate the feedback.
Hi Billie, so funny. I was hoping I could get away with the heavy breathing, but you caught me. Here’s the story… This awesome unit was owner occupied for the entire duration of the escrow and on the very last day when we closed the Seller moved out a few remaining boxes, escrow sent the file to be recorded and I had a window of less than an hour to shoot this property tour video. Believe it or don’t, but the video intros I film them all in one take and if I mess up, I have to restart from the beginning and on that day because I felt the pressure of having to film this tour in less than an hour, I was messing up way too many times and had to reshoot and reshoot and I was out of time and had to rush this video. I probably should have calmed myself down, but I was so excited and really loved this unit and wanted to film it to show it to you all on UA-cam. Thank you for the comment and interaction, I greatly appreciate it. -Steve

Perfect
Wow! Great condo, well worth the money. I love that the Panorama has gas stovetops that can't be found across the street at The Martin.

It is odd that those bathrooms with double sinks do not have the toilets hidden behind doors for privacy.

Private here, well not so much. I am worried about you. Your breathing sounds terrible, why are you so out of breath?
