Hands down one of the best views in Vegas the condo itself is amazing and I can only imagine how beautiful the sunrises and sunsets with the city lights / mountain views would look I'm in aweee
I was always curious what the inside of the Martin looked like but didn't bother knowing the pre-selling starting price. The 20 yo me would've loved this condo but the current old me would rather get a SFH with a yard for 1/3 the price. 😆 I do love the bathrooms with the curbless shower and the bidet toilets...if you've never tried one, it'll change your life!
Wow, this condo is for someone who wants wants to be right in heart of the action....when you showed that toilet and pointed out it was remote control, I was cracking up...I could see myself getting sucked down in that toilet and bye bye....lol...great views but I would always be nervous about a high rise fire breaking out....I'm sure that I passed this complex on my trip to Vegas last Feb....how's the tourism? We are still pretty much on lockdown where I reside.....thanks for the tour.....
🤣🤣🤣 your toilet comment is hilarious. Tourism has still been strong. I’ve had to drive down the strip once or twice in the last few months and it’s almost weird seeing how many people are out and about. Out here we’re pretty much life as usual... even gyms are open.
The place looks extremely nice I would actually move there but at the same time it's really not worth it because the price is in the millions why pay all that money when you could buy a house with that price plus it's really not even on the strip it's behind the strip and you could find a place just as good as that one actually on the strip for a whole lot less the most i can see them charging for rent is 3 thousand or more or 4 thousand and more
Tile? For that price is should be marble Also, right on the freeway is not a preferred location. I think in three years the resident will be suffering from lung cancer and hearing loss.
I figure once I get my salary to 30 grand a month I’ll be in the ballpark for a place like this I think. In your experience with the 30 year mortgage on a place like this for a guy with an 800 credit score and 5%down?
Wow, I just had to watch that back… Good catch. I’m guessing that’s from the outside but since this video is three years old, I’m guessing that’s an HOA problem.
The rooms are very large. You're right about the views. It doesn't feel dated. Nicely furnished. I wonder what the HOA fee is though. I'd love to develop The Lewis across the street on Jerry Lewis Way, but the land's too expensive. This whole side of the I-15 is ripe one of these days for a Vegas inspired Prototype city of tomorrow (VIPCOT) with condo towers walkable to the strip. East of the strip on Koval, this is ripe for low rise townhomes with businesses on the ground floor. The Strip must begin to look outwards toward the city, itself. However, the value of each condo is the absence of another building blocking the views. So much for The Lewis. Martin and Lewis never did stay together.
HOA is $1257 a month. I love that idea!!!! I think it would be so much fun to go into development. I just know there’s so much risk involved… That being said I feel like it would be amazing
Stop try to sell people on the basics. Living Room is the only good thing here . Bathrooms are tiled from top to bottom because it's cheap to do. The sliding door in the first bedroom isn't even a balcony. Half bath vanity...so basic 2nd bedroom too. $1.1Mil Lmao.

Sunrise I can only imagine since it faces east

American toilet paper companies keep bidets out. Which is a shame. Everytime I wipe my ass I think how prehistoric it is.
Just feels like a nice Hotel. Not like a home. No view, except apt towers. Great for folks who want that life.
This is exactly the vibe I got immediately. No thanks!
Tripping cuh
Ya plus hoa is more then 1k a month. Stupid
That’s the most tastefully done condo I’ve seen stunning 😎😎
You should have shown this at night so people could see the lights of the the strip
I know and wish I could have!!!!! Had to work around Sailer schedule
great walkthrough
Omg... This video is making me drool 🤤
Those is cocoa bean plants also codhacent with johns acadamy from downtown south oregon

Almost NY prices however there's nothing luxurious about it other than the price.......
I'm new here from Philippines,,
The bedroom view is amazing. Im not sure how long it will stay lie that in Vegas
what do you mean? what do you mean by that?
Missed opportunity in living area. Beautiful condo but damn,!
Nice..I like it
I had to do some plumbing work in the Martin I liked the look of the room
Da Bomb! Thx for the tour 👍

@@VegasRealtorTyler I figured you would like my comment....any other condo tours coming up soon? Happy to hear life is somewhat normal....
I’m going to try to get into more.... they can be tricky as they are resales and some agents don’t see it as a benefit to have them filmed.
Tyler watson very nice condo
Thanks glad you liked it!
I would love to have a place like that but I need a tub. Beautiful though
Lol my fiancé would say this is a hard no due to that.
@@VegasRealtorTyler Lol
Why did you skip over that broken window? A broken window that high up shouldn’t go unmentioned.
could be from high winds? or someone got mad👊
Amazing property and tour! You might want think about upgrading your camera. Great video nonetheless!

Holy shit I wanna buy this!
How much is this Condo and the HOA?
Is that a crack in the window?
No tubs 😢
Nice but there’s other condos at the Martin for haft the price!
Hi Candi. You are absolutely correct. Currently prices go from 380k to 18 million.
I figure once I get my salary to 30 grand a month I’ll be in the ballpark for a place like this I think. In your experience with the 30 year mortgage on a place like this for a guy with an 800 credit score and 5%down?
Don’t do 5% down wasting money on PMI
Wow what a condo. Z
How much is this condo and is it sold?
6:14 is that a cracked window?
Wow, I just had to watch that back… Good catch. I’m guessing that’s from the outside but since this video is three years old, I’m guessing that’s an HOA problem.
Beautiful! Love it! How much are the monthly HOAs or fees?
$1257
It is beautiful, but too masculine in my opinion. I want a white kitchen, white couch and beautiful plants everywhere.
Watched the whole vid, missed the asking price?
Found in description:
**Pricing Subject To Change**
Asking $1,099,000
1,962 square feet
2 bed
2.5 baths
Hoa dues?
Will I find a condo anywhere in Vegas for $350,000?
For a new one it’s possible but it’s getting tight… 100% you could find a resale for well below that

Like the apartment - would hate the extreme walk of shame from elevator to door - with the eventual smell of urine in the carpet.
Nope, don’t like when other apartments look into each other.
These aren’t for everyone… most aren’t full-time residence
Are you kidding me
Lol nope. Hope you liked it!!!
That is far from being "on the strip"....nice place though

hold up ... is $1.1 million????? are they serious??
But you get a view of the city 😲
Way overpriced with overhyped views of roof tops, highway, and other buildings!
views of a congested highway, no thanks
That looks a cheap idea of luxury to me. Drop me a msg if you pass by Monaco, Milan or Dubai, just to make a comparison
