    Struggle with anxiety and/or panic attacks? Me too and I continue to learn new ways to work with them and build better nervous system resilience. Today I offer a couple of simple practices to use anytime - even if you are not super anxious, so you can build a toned and resilient autonomic nervous system. The vagus nerve bundle is SO powerful in supporting the natural shifting from fight/flight/freeze to rest/digest/socialize/heal and we can support the health of this nerve bundle with some very simple practices.

    2:23 I've found this to be very helpful. I've actually incorporated the eye movements in my light yoga morning routine with mindfulness. There's a book I'm using for mindfulness called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels that's I'm liking and will add the eye moments into some of the book's exercises. Thanks

    Would you be able to make some exercises for autism and PTSD?
    I have overstimulation problems. Im never relaxed around other people.
    Sounds disturb me 😕

    I normally practise Nadi Shodhana when I get nervous and it takes a while for me. Interesting, how I felt the shift quite immediately when looking to the side. Good thing is you can do that everywhere in public .. just pretending to be thinking and drifting away. Thank you! :)
