    No need for all this. Just give your food away to some needy refugees. The issue with overweight especially in the UK, is :
    1. Too much alchohol.
    2. Too much processed food. (burgers, ham, cakes, biscuits, pastries)
    3. Too much meat.
    4. Too much sugar, soft drinks, energy drinks, fruit juices, including the freshly squeezd ones.
    5. Not moving enough.
    If you are overweight and reverse this, your weight will drop, and all you have to do is remain consistent with good habits, limiting any excesses to very occasional exceptions, and stick to drinking only water.
    If you are overweight, you do not need any further supplements, just swap out the poor diet for some more fruit and vegetables, limit the meat/fish/dairy/eggs to small portions, and occasionally have a day or two where you stay away from all animal food sources (all vegan) every few days. That excess weight will drop.
    To enhance this even further, take a 45 minute walk every day, and be in bed by 10.30 pm for even more effectiveness. Copy and paste this advice somewhere safe cos I think it will get deleted.
    British scientists - common get real, what overweight people need is a bit of knowledge as above, and some discipline and encouragement, and appreciating that the weight will not dissappear overnight, definitely not in 2 or 3 months, but over 2 to 3 years, it will go, if they remain disciplined.
    Sad to always see that human beings take pleasure in profiting from the plight and suffering of vulnerable people, providing absolutely no guarantee of success.
    There are no magic bullets to weight loss, not even bariatric surgery is assured cos some people still gain all the weight back.
    If you are overweight, just start making the effort to do all of the above, and slowly but surely, you will lose the weight.

      Hi there, we agree with you! This is why we're spreading so much awareness of these exact topics through our UA-cam channel and podcast, Fat & Furious (highly recommend listening to it if you haven't already).
      These are simply supplement suggestions for those who have done all of the above (given up junk food, cut out Alcohol etc), but still wish to seek help from supplements too.
