Interesting to see a GT3 RS on street tires. Didn't seem to hold it back much until the end of the lap.
They normally ship on cup 2s, right? Even so the ps4 should be good for a lap at least.

@@thatparticulargame6001 Lamborghinis are harsh and shift like crap to impress people doing acceleration runs on the street. They aren't Nurburgring cars.
GT3 / GT3 RS laps are a mandatory watch, simply just for that flat 6 music.
The sound of that engine, like a symphony.
That car really goes thru the gears with no effort, just amazing

@@gislam4162 I love my manuals, I'm a huge fan, but if I owned a Porsche and tracked it I would absolutely get the PDK, what awesome crisp and quick shifts.
I could listen to that symphony all day. Just incredible

I love it when Misha drives Porsches. You can tell every time he is confident with a car by how he pushes it through the corners. I’ve been watching his videos since last year, and now I have watched all of them. I also know how he feels about the car-whether it’s bad or if it needs some upgrades, maybe on the brakes or suspension. I know the entire track from my bed! Sometimes I find myself braking and shifting along with him. I enjoy watching this channel-all the way from South Africa.
I think it's one of the few cars he says drive wonderfully on the ring stock, with just a track focused alignment.
I think everyone at the nurburgring probably shares this attitude, I mean they're developed there as well.
People talk about the sound of V8s, V10s, and V12s, but, for me, nothing conveys the pure music of focus and determination quite like the flat 6.
Flat 6 sounds more aggressive, pure rage, it has a Napoleon complex vs the lazy power of the v10s and 12s.

This video reminds me that you can have all the latest generation of any car but unless you can actually drive it proper and in this case know the track well it doesnt really matter what you have .. still wont appreciate my ford focus the same but this video has reminded me that something like a 991.1 with a decent set up is soo capable which as a viewer you forget as your forever wanting to see new content

heard a gt3 the other day. Even the low rev grunt noise from this engine is amaaazzzzzzinngggg....it has like 6 cylinder muscle car type energy and noise.....

Everyday I wake up I want a Manthey set GT3. I will never get that but I will build something in that vein for the track after next years campaign. Love everything about this ride.. weather , sound a owner who isnt chatty! Thanks Misha as always.

These Porsches are so smooth and just drive insanely comfy. I couldn’t imagine driving one that has fully racing style man that would be the dream of dreams for me!
Porsche is the record laptime leader. If you watch that lap it seriously looks like the video is sped up, the car is just that fast.

Hard to believe this car is nearly 10 years old.
That Lava Orange is a great color (if that is what it is, I don't think it is red) and the GT3 RS will always be the best cheat code that is the best sounding and the most fun to drive....a proper track tuned c8 Corvette being a close 2nd.
Was hoping for less traffic when I've seen the hour, but I guess nice weather doesn't ask for the time... Sweet ride the GT3RS ... 👍

What are the stats on the engine rebuild requirements for these GT3 and RS 4.0L engines? If you tracked the car 8-10 times per year including once or twice at the Nurburgring should you expect to need to refresh the engine every how many miles/km?
Good question - mine let go at 44000 km - lots of track km, 1-2 x per month - high rpm misfires from 17000km - new engine from Porsche
