Your Estonian was great! Leto svet was in Serbian, German and Finnish, so understandable to some. But it was very clearly a joke entrance, this years song is a little more serious. I just hope we get to the final, I think if we improve the staging there's a good chance :)
With an elevated staging it definitely can get into the finals 👍 I am quite optimistic, especially with the running order revealed. I am surprised I did not mess up all the words 😂
They're rapping, not singing, so they're not supposed to have the greatest vocals ever. And since its an anti-drug song its also not meant to be a joke nor a joke entry. Hope this helps! (great video btw)
Actually all their other hit songs talk about heavy partying and thats why they are very popular among young people. But the message is always polaraized, it’s your own decision what’s right or wrong 😊
The concept of Eesti Laul (Estonian Song) has been oriented to local market lately. To give local young musicians opportunity to introduce themselves. There is no pressure by audience to win Eurovision anymore.
Yes, it is a great approach! And it is incredible that local most successful artists go there. Not, let’s say, like in German or Spanish national selections where only new/not popular artists (no one ever heard of) compete
After success of Cha Cha Cha last year, couple of artists decided to give it a try with these kind of funny party entries and won their national selections 👌
As an Estonian, I did not like Leto Svet at all. It was awful. This time it's not a forced joke entry - both bands have songs like that in their repertoire. The Eesti laul final was a crazy party with people dancing.
It became my number one before understanding any of the lyrics. It's a masterpiece.
Oh cool! Unusual number one in this edition 👌

I would rather call it a fun party song, rather than a joke entry :)

All i can see is: Hey Vsauce, Michael here.
Imagine they winning and everyone reporting about it struggling to say their name
Haha, I did not think about it this way, but this would be hilarious 😂
Ahahahah I like this song😂😂😂
I think it same vibe like "Europapa", isn't it?

I don’t think, that they will do as bad as Leto Svet. At the moment, I definitely see it qualifying 👍
Leto svet wasn't in Estonian language 😂
Oh really? I just checked, it was in a bunch of different languages, including Estonian!
@@JustESCAnalyst No, there wasn't any Estonian at all.
@@kessekesse9544“Mitäs nyt? Kesävalot nyt“ is this not Estonian?
@@JustESCAnalyst No. It's Finnish. I am Estonian, trust me.
