There are 2 bands performing the song: 5 miinust (translates as 5 minuses) and Puuluup (it's a palindrome of 2 estonian words meaning tree (or wooden) and loop (or also magnifying glass). They use loopers in their music, so it sort of refers to that as well.
The instruments they are playing are talharpas (called Hiiu kannel in Estonian, sometimes also referred to as Swedish bowed harp because the instruments were brought to Estonia from Sweden centuries ago, but are no longer known in Sweden anymore.
Canada checking in : Estonia is my dark horse this year, they are not in my top 3, but I genuinely think this could win the televote. Everyone in the world can go "hey" over and over again to a flat beat and this will become a hit regardless.

The instrument is called talharpa and dance moves are from Estonian folk dance from Vormsi Island. What else, what else.... theme...we don't know anything about the drugs, we party with a bag of chips and with IPA beers. We know only limonade and sider, couldn't tell a difference from vitamin or speed.
But this song has made me feel like I felt when I heard Estonian winning song "Everybody" (2001)...I just knew immediately this is it!!!
