It must be recognized that no responsible de- tic supervisor- therapist would ever allow a spouse to assist in their recovery program. In withdrawal, the down personality is vulnerable taking advantage in the partner. Amber should have never been placed in that role. Only someone trained at another location should have that capacity. That just sets up a volatile situation.

When I listen to Johnny Depp’s testimony, the tape recordings, look at the photos and watch the videos, I see deep sadness. A man whose grief has been denied.
It is well known that the five steps of grief are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.
I believe we observed the evidence of not an angry man but a grieving man throughout the years with her.
If we think about it, Johnny Depp believed he had found the woman of his dreams, his life partner, and she turns out to be a harsh, abusive and demanding narcissist. But this is his dream, this is not happening? Denial - he tries to make it work and even marries her. Bargaining - it will get better if only I do . . .
His life appears to have gone into a blind tailspin the moment he met her. Then in all of the chaos of trying to cope with her, her demands, taking care of her friends and family, he loses his mother Betty Sue and his close friend and body guard, Jerry Judge among others. The grief begins anew.
“The process of dealing with a breakup is comparable to grief,” says Dr. Tricia Wolanin, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist. “It's the death of a relationship, hopes and dreams for the future. The person we are losing was [a big part of] our world and therefore has taken up so much of our mental and heart space.”
Johnny Depp’s grief was manipulated by a Machiavellian narcissist - Amber Heard - that enjoys causing chaos and pain. The anger had to come at some point and she knew it. She may not be smart enough to know why there were triggers but she knew enough about how to pull them and she enjoyed it - evidenced by the evil laughing tape recording.

I am a substance abuse counselor and honestly, since watching the trial since day one, I must say, Johnny Depp has fallen victim to domestic violence. The violence that Amber directed at Mr. Depp was all psychological, physical, and verbal violence. Mr. Depp is in his late 50's. He wasn't good at the mind games that people of this day and age play. Amber claims that she's wanting to protect Johnny from drugs, yet, the jury was shown texts from Amber encouraging Johnny to bring her drugs so that they can use them together. So she was not protecting him. Again, we see Amber exhibiting the same behaviors that are consistent with Dr. Curry's diagnosis. For example, Amber keeps looking at the jury after questioning because she is mimicking Dr. Hughes because Dr. Hughes testified for her supporting her delusions. She was fascinated by Dr. Hughes and that fascination can easily be seen in Amber as that Dr. Testified. It's no surprise to me. Johnny Depp got caught up with a very cold hearted person that doesn't value spiritual principles. I mean look at the things she's saying. "My dog stepped on a bee". This is... what is this? Something is not right with her. She is dangerous and the sad part about it is that some people are unaware of how bad things can get when working with people like Amber. I know Johnny did coke, drank booze, smoked pot. But he was honest about it and open. This trial, it's not about Johnny using drugs and alcohol. This trial, is about Amber heard ruining someone's life or trying to. She doesn't care about Johnny. She only cares about herself. She was isolating Johnny from everyone not to mention, his security. She indeed is the abuser. She will never admit it. She would rather claim insanity than to say "you know what guys? I messed up". Those supporting Amber are either psychological abusers, manipulators, narcissists, or they have no clue what it feels like to be Johnny today.

She was bringing in men after 11pm. While her husband was out of town. Her own friend testified that it was too many times to even provide an accurate answer. Clearly, she's lied about the donations, she's lied about the story with the door, she's lied about quite a few things yet, Mr. Depp had not lied. What the jury sees, is the truth. The truth does not lie. They say "Johnny is jealous, does drugs, Yada yada". But Johnny didn't approach the media to say "hey guys, I've got a jar of dirt to dump on my wife, you think you can use it to help me get what I want?" This is Amber Heard. This is what the trial is about. She is sick mentally.

That's what she was telling the guy in the message like "why does this keep happening to me". Because she knows she's sick. She skips her therapies or is not honest during sessions. It's so easy to manipulate a doctor. They only spend hours with you. Johnny lived with her. She showed her true self and HE needed help with her. She was dangerous to herself, and others around her. I pray the jury sees the truth.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)
22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp.

True, I know a person that had same issues as Johnny and he NEVER laid his hands on his wife nor his kids . He was married for 30 years
Yes, if you disregard the defense, decide they are all liars, you could conclude that, as addicted, angry, irresponsible as he was that he did not harm his wife physically. But can you still say that she caused his career losses? If you ignore all the business associates who witnessed his career issues as early as 2013 and increasingly each year thereafter, due to his own behaviors, can you still blame an article of 2016 for his career losses? If not, then he loses the lawsuit. Only if all witnesses for the defense were liars and all witnesses for Depp were honest, can he win the suit. There is plenty of evidence that he regularly behaved badly, broke bottles, was angry,was addicted to drugs, was unreliable. There is virtually no evidence that his wife bettered HIM, so he can’t win the suit. The best he can hope for is to break even.

Only if you disregard Amber's testimony, the eye witness testimony of her sister, testimony of multiple witnesses who saw bruises and injuries, photos of injuries, text messages about his assaults, the couple's counselor testimony of mutual abuse, and JD's testimony that he he head butted her. The JD cult may be willing to ignore all that but rational people aren't. And, the evidence is still coming in.

Johnny admitted to the drug/alcohol use. He is not on trial for that! Don't you think he knew some of the recordings existed and that some of his bad behavior would be brought to light?? He was obviously willing to risk all that being revealed. AH sister is the ONLY witness who claims they actually SAW Johnny hit AH and even went so far as to say JD hit her! I don't believe her because she was a hanger-on who was right there drinkin & druggin rite with them. Then, when Johnny cut everyone off, she, and the other's have an axe to grind.

The way Amber and all her best friends are no longer friends says a lot, it’s what happens when a group of people come together and lie against someone, when the lie becomes too big, everyone start blaming one another for ever starting the LIE in the first place and then the friendship breaks up.

I as a former addict and married my husband would NEVER engage in drinking or using any kind of drugs in front of me or even not in front of me because he knows what it means to me and my sobriety! You don’t get to be mad when they’re using but when you want to do it give permission for them to use! I’m sorry but her use compared to his is MINUSCULE. I understand she wasn’t perfect and totally sober 10000% of the time but 1. He is still responsible for his actions 2. She (and everyone around him) was trying to help him and 3. She’s allowed to make mistakes.

As someone who has / does struggle with addiction and alcoholism it’s on you, not everyone around you. Yes you deserve support systems but he wasn’t asking her to support his sobriety, he was using while she asked him not to, and while she tried to get with his family to help him.
Notice how when he’s detoxing she isn’t the bad guy for using but for not breaking his methadone schedule.
I’ve been abused and this is all super triggering. I hope they both get help because they both need it. I don’t blame either of them for their drinking or drug use but we shouldn’t excuse his because he’s charming about it. Everyone around him (not on payroll, and even some of those that are) say that his behavior changed when he was using. That’s believable. She spoke about him raping her for years to those around her and in therapy. I don’t get why we believe what he says but not her.

Both Johnny and Amber recorded each other. We are hearing both of their recordings.
I believe Amber recorded conversations very early on in their relationship. We can only guess why. However, I do believe as part of their therapy they were told to record some of their discussions.
Possibly so they could go back and listen to and try to discern how they could learn from them, and what they could change (both of them).
I do believe many of the recordings by Amber were done with malice due to the way she clearly keeps pushing Johnny even when he is doing all he can to avoid and get away from her. Thankfully the jury does have so many recordings. Otherwise it would be a he said/she said with witnesses. Having those recordings is crucial to seeing how Amber really acts. Otherwise you’d think she’s this sweet young lady who got taken advantage of by this drug abusing, rage fueled maniac man twice her age (I wouldn’t but many people would see that).

One significant positive outcome of this trial is (IMHO) was a forced removal of additional emotional barriers JD felt when trying to see a therapist even if AH didn't appear. By going into the this trial, he found himself at crossroads of sorts - to go through with this he'd have to go 'all in', expose all including most painful things he wasn't likely to ever discuss.[ex - speaking about 'moving around a lot' through childhood is VERY different from openly (by himself or Christine) disclosing full extent of his mother's abuse, his fathers's resignation and siblings' desperate coping the best they could. When in therapy it's done gradually. He seemed to step back when it got too painful. It seems to have hit an 'all or nothing' point. Now, there's no stone left unturned.
