When I look at videos of Depp 2 years ago and compare them to now, Depp seems to have trouble connecting memory and clearly explaining himself. This is long term drug and alcohol abuse. He's be coping with stress and pressure by escape. My heart goes out to him. She seems to just care about her self and that's it. When the person that's supposed to love you constantly wind's you up it gets really hard to deal with that person especially when they constantly push. Walking away is the only thing you can do.

He also had periods of sobriety and escaped into his creative work to balance some of his issues. I was happy to see how sharpe he was and his memory has been quite good through out the trial, IMO. Don’t ever underestimate the effects of long term stress on one’s abilities.
