Good day! atty. I've learned about Batas sa Suntento at Kabit. it is determined by the man's salary and the needs of the children. Is it legal to terminate a government employee who lives with the spouse of someone else. It is possible especially if his or her job or position as an employee requires moral qualifications. It almost always leads to gross immorality, especially if the person is aware that his/her partner is married.
