Control from 2019 currently has the best implemented example of the benefits of extreme uses of ray tracing. AW2 looks like its going to continue that. That snippet in the subway where he flicks the lights on looks near photo-real thanks to RT ambient occlusion.
The Northlight engines destruction is what makes me such a fan of it in regards to Control. I'm hoping it's implemented here for Alan Wake as well. Can't wait.
